The hon'ble Judge rightly pointed out the women's ill thoughts against the prestigious institution, hope she will not get the PhD
While the woman's case has demerits, "ill thoughts against a prestigious institution" is a very subjective opinion as prestige itself is based on perception which does not have standing in the neutrality of law. No neutral or legal decisions should be made on the basis of perception but rather on facts. It is unfortunately not easy to deduce facts on the basis of what we see on these videos.
