Yeah, apparently if you naturally cry more and have more soul and emotion than other males they treat you like a crybaby, i was in a similar position as deku, getting bullied as little ain't fun and i wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy, cool thing is you get respect after doing workout for strength and getting stronger than them, aye, you should try exactly what this guy does, just with lower sets and reps then increasing over the time.

I think you can try finding it or something similar on superhero jacked. It’s a website that has a bunch of workouts(and nutrition I think) based on characters or people(anime and real people alike). Funny enough, I stumbled on it a few months back🤷🏽♀️
