We like it here. If a person who lives here doesn’t, Titusville is a place one can afford to leave. meaning, if you’re mortgage is lower because housing prices are lower than South FL/Orlando, save your money and pack your bags for the weekend. you’ll return home to all the things mentioned in the vid, with less traffic and more quiet. I’ve lived in places where to live near a body of water, you’d have to be almost rich (hello to my Los Angeles and Boston pals!).
The hospital is horrific. My mother and father lived there and would not go to Jess Parrish. We call it just perished. My father passed away there! The schools lack teachers. Please do your homework before you move there.
I appreciate you bringing this up. It's important to acknowledge that the presence of sex offenders is a concern in many towns and cities across America. I did some research and the amount looks pretty spread out throughout the county and state versus seeing a high proportion located in North Titusville and Mims. Florida has a registry where you can research specific addresses to see the neighborhood: offender.fdle.state.fl.us/offender/sops/search.jsf Family Watch Dog also has a map where you can research by town/city: www.familywatchdog.us/showmap.asp
The homeless is horrible there I live approximately 30 minutes away and my dad had a car lot there for 35 years but it’s gone downhill. Do not move here.

I used to live in Titusville. I found living there boring. I moved back to Boca Raton.
Definitely a good fit for someone looking for a more quieter lifestyle. I am glad you like Boca!
Some regulars here are fake. I do not leave home unless if its work or shopping related.
Everyone's experience is different- thanks for sharing yours!
And it's always good to know that there's hundreds of sex offenders right north of you and Mims which is only minutes away!

9:03 What a disturbing comment.
Could you kindly tell me what was disturbing? In that section, I said you can bring your dogs to Playalinda Brewery.
You need to clean your ears then go back and listen, she didn't say anything wrong.
You seem to be a few beers short of a 12 pack.
