And the entire time the whole city was against them. And for the finale, they just did what the THEME song sings about and idk what happened to Jay but suddenly his burning love for Nya and the big reunited scene I expected between them never happened. Also, I hate Sally with a burning passion. She is such a brat and an unnecessary character. And part 2 of crystalized felt so rushed.

Yeah the 11 minute era literally introduced brainrot to ninjago. As for Dragons Rising, 20 episode seasons sound awesome and I probably would've loved it back in the day, but yeah it seems with DRS1 it could've easily been 10 episodes
I agree with a lot of your picks! Personally, I disagree about some of your Dragons Rising takes, but I do agree that there were some notable pacing issues in both seasons so far (even though I did really enjoy them overall!). To Mysterium was definitely one that I noted when I did my review, which was very disappointing to me because Cole and Zane are two of my favorites and you would think that I'd enjoy a plotline surrounding them.
I like the episodes focused on side characters. Like the prison escape or newspaper kids. This is something different and refreshing for me. Most episodes are for the ninja team and that's obvious, but having from time to time that kind of episodes is not a nad thing.

Frankly I think I hate Hands of Time and Legacy of the Green Ninja Most. Hands of Time for the obvious reasons but Legacy of the Green Ninja also has a lot of filler, The Overlord isn’t interesting, Misako is frustrating in this season, and how the Overlord was defeated was pathetic. The Overlord and Lloyd just flew around before Overlord eats Lloyd and dies. And the Overlord comes back the VERY NEXT EPISODE! I seriously hate seasons 2 and 7 of the original series.

I don't realy like any of the episodes you talked about, but I have to disagree with this list. All the DR episodes here on this list are boring, but that it is. Episodes like kaiju Protokoll are not only boring, but there literally destroy Ninjago, because it doesn't make sense. Episodes like roots are not boring and actually Important for the plot, but theiy story telling is so bad I wish it was not canon. The only bad think with the dr episodes is how boring they are and that the pacing is bad, wich is a problem, but not nearly as bad in comparition to episodes, where the viewer get's the feeling that the writer never watched Ninjago.
I said it in the last video and I’ll say it again wild brain cannot put together a good story, they spend half of there already, long seasons, creating brain rotting filler episodes that add nothing to the plot They need to cancel all filler and create a season where every episode can build upon the last if you go back to willfilm a.k.a. peak Ninjago there are barely any filler episodes except in the weaker seasons, such as legacy of the green ninja rebooted and hands of time but even those seasons, having a few filler, they still did not decrease the plot or ruin the season unlike wild brains secrets of forbidden spinjitzu or dragons rising season 1 part 2 they just need to stop with the filler and bad characters and write some thing that can move the audience lastly, I got to say it’s hilarious how the worst episode of Ninjago is titled the absolute worst and i completely agree this is the worst episode ever

Even season 2 was mostly filler but they all enhanced the plot via the mega weapons strip and leading up to the dark island
