It's always a relief when Micah autoplays after I watch a full-length Fiido video in Tagalog (I can't understand Tagalog...) Hey I bought your books!
That storage space in the middle is actually pretty cool.
I fixed up a schwinn S500 scooter, and 15 mph is still a fun speed, when your low to the ground, and don't need to rush everywhere.
That would make a good tourist rental fleet ride
It's highly customizable in every part. The custom ones can reach 100+ kph depending on the setup.

Not really my cup of tea but it definitely has its place. As you say the storage space is a huge selling point. They'll sell a bunch of these.

have some questions, first what is a nominal watt of the motor and n, torque? second how large is the battery? can it go to hill with average 80kg on top?
looking into getting one of these, with the custom parts available there are people getting 50mph+ out of them with the right battery, controller & motor set up. they look like a hoot
I have the Q1 version of this. You just need to upgrade the controller and the battery. Pretty fun scooter!

no wonder the XP sells so well, they're both the same price and look how much more you get with that bike, and you don't even have to pedal either if you don't desire to.

The XP has a pretty crap battery and no suspension though. I have an XP and enjoy it. But let's not pretend the XP doesn't have its own shortcomings.

@@DavidBrandNew I didn't quite say that. I like my XP. But if I was older and weight of the vehicle was an issue, I'd consider it. I'm just saying the XP is a budget bike for a reason. Now the only place they really cheaper out on that super important is battery, but there's a lot making the XP a budget ebike.

Hmmm. Lectric XP? Eunorau Z1? Ancheer models? Onway? Ecotric? Jet Bolt? Swagtron? Even the Fiido DS2? Not quite seeing the value at $899.

Yeah the foot pegs bugged me too. Thanks to that unnatural position, my knees felt cramped and painful.
It's very similar to my Jetson Bolt Pro except the Jetson has pedals and costs $299.
Please get a Gunai ebike or Alfina ebike and review it. Both are available in Ali express and looks really impressive. I really would love to know whether they are worth the money.

Yes I unlocked my FIIDO L3 to go from 15mph to 23mph. Absolutely perfect speed for riding in traffic. And keeping up with cars. Zipping around bypasses. And junctions. Where a slower bike would be a problem and even dangerous.

You should check out the Fiido Q1 here in the Philippines (just search on Facebook.) You'll be surprised how fast those thing goes when upgraded and dressed up :)
Ok, a cool review, but how did you remove the selfie stick from your shots? You can still see it in your shadow.
It's an Insta360 camera. It removes the stick when you import into their desktop app or mobile app. Many RUclipsrs are using it. Check it out!

How do you lock it up at the grocery store?
There's like 30 different frame windows on this oddly shaped thing. That's more options for locking than just about any bike or scooter I've ever seen, now that I think about it!

It's meant for grocery shopping. We are meant to have multiple electric vehicles for specific uses. Just like computers.

It seems like if you couldn't take it with you-inside the grocery store, shops, etc- it would get stolen. That would make it seem like less of a great way to spend $899.

It's called having options.
You use this in place of a car for short trips and to commute, jump on the train with it to get to work quicker without wasting petrol. For someone with crap knees it's also great for hilly areas. If I ride hills too much on my push bike it sets me back because of knee pain. Nothing to do with being lazy.
