So over the last 2 weeks I watched Indian cooking shows like yours on RUclips, and I bought 20 umpteen whole, powdered, and fresh spices, for Indian food recipes. I have NEVER cooked by frying spice, and grinding them, and there's no going back. It's sinfully gourmet. I've tried those ready made Indian curry sauces in the jar and I never liked the taste, so I ordered Indian take out. Your cooking skill between a jar of that, NO comparison! Can't wait to try more recipes and thanks again!

I think the kurma will be chillie hot. You added green chilly 2, 2 red chilly, cloves & cinnamon which gives the needed spiciness. Again while trying the onions you added 2 t.spoon chilly powder. This kurma with all the veggies & coconut which is light will turn into chilly kurma
