    Can those old trade policies be revised to open the market up to other countries?

    Seems like most of this problem is solved by not buying, selling, or wearing weaves or wigs. I wore weaves for many years but I recognize they are a HUGE waste of money and time, which is why I no longer wear them. Even if a shop is black-owned, if the products are coming from other cultures, the shop owner is just a middleman.
