Cheapo Digital Power Meter Review.

In this video we look at a cheap version of a digital power meter I got from EBay. Very inexpensive (add your own lead connections) and similar in functionality (but not quality) to a PowerWerx meter. This is a benchtop review and if the device works badly during my portable field operations, I'll make another video.

I bought a powerwerx-like unit from amazon for $10 a while back. Like you, I put my own power poles on it and it works fine. I keep forgetting to throw it in my go-box!

Yup, it's a bear having all these little goodies and then forgetting to bring them along. I need a bigger go-box!

Mine has black digits on LCD, green backlight and metallic enclosure. You never know what are you going to get with these things.

True, but the display on this one shows up better than the Powerwerx display for some reason. I bought a few and lent them out to firends who also purchased them. Seems they work pretty well!
