I enjoy going to the chiropractor. After they crack you it feels soo good. When my daughter was born she had issues with back, we went to a baby chiropractor, after her first treatment was was able to sleep alot more peacefully. I can only recommend going and getting a treatment it will do wonders.

I'd see a physiotherapist before looking at alternative therapy, personally. Physios are amazing and are more strongly backed up with peer reviewed science (no shade to Chiro lovers, but I think seeing a physio first is safer and more effective (and is free on the NHS))

I live in the U.S. and my chiropractor is open. I have been going for as long as I can remember. Yeah, the pain is scary, but even I (someone with no pain tolerance) don't get too scared to go.
What do you do with all the stuff you get in these boxes ? Do you have a collection drawer or place for them and can we see ? Also i assume would depend on how each state is handling it. Unfortunately I know this. They are essential. I stop going to my chiropractor just cause I didn't want another place to go to with the virus still being around. I do highly recommended finding one sometime though it really helps. I t0o thought I'd die when he cracked my neck. I didn't trust him :'0 but it was the only relief for my neck. Hope you find some good back stretches to do. The ball def helps a bit. If you never used bio freeze its great. just strong smelling. It used to only be proscribed by a doctor like 13 years ago. Then a couple years ago they finally had it stores. I'm unsure if they have it where you are :/

The Chiropractor helps a lot. Yeah it is kinda scary the first few times but if you relax your body you will be fine. I would be pretty much disabled if I didn't go to the Chiropractor.
