For my 8th grade project in 1979 I built this one. I painted it "desert camo" with what was in my garage. It was a decoration in my room until I moved out. I recently bought one for myself and one for my granddaughter.
Thanks for the video. Funny, I have been binge watching your videos and just started my Der Red Max yesterday. I saved those two fin marking guides for future use. Great vid I’m working on one I picked up from a yard sale of different rockets. I had to build a new fin as one was missing. Sucks that my decals and shock cord were missing too.

I built this one in the late 70s. It was always an attention grabber. It was a great rainy day project.
