    Very impressive. Never thought you could print something this big by hand. You're an inspiration.

    What a beautiful piece of work and on such a scale. You really are a master at your craft (and have probably an amazing set of muscles from using the baren with such strength and endurance). Thanks for showing your lovely work.

    Wonderful! It was a great pleasure to see your printing demonstration at Northern Print, and I remember you said you printed the big ones on the floor but still difficult to imagine until I saw this video. I have really enjoyed looking at your work at Northern Print.

    Oh my god! How beautiful! I had no idea that would be the end result of these paintings! Gorgeous. I'm thinking of taking a class in this. Wanted to see what it is. Still not sure exactly what it is, but I'm intrigued to find out! :)

    Wow! Incredible, congratulations. I'm complicated printing a block of A4 size and you print without problems gigantografias !! Do you use normal Nori? Or with some retardant? How do you do not dry the pigment on the block? Finally, what paper you use? Thank you for showing your work and your comments.

      Yes, I use normal Nori. I use a humidifier for not drying the ink during printing. I chose Awagami paper's Shiramine.

    So this is water, rice paste and then the ink? Is the block sealed? If so with what? What kind of wood are the blocks cut from?

    • @oyamadasakuradai
      @oyamadasakuradai 5 лет назад +1

      Yes, water, starch glue and Holbein's pigment paste (ink). The woodblock is not sealed. I use Shina plywood for my woodcut.
