At least Childe has redeeming features, like being a loving brother and being easier to understand than Aventurine (Childe just loves a good fight; Aventurine is mysterious)

At my first playthrough, when I meet him I was always getting the mean answers, back around the middle as the lore deepened, I began to choose nicer and cherishable options of dialogue.
I knew lying to him about the stellaron was not going to affect much, since day one he seemed to me less like a gambler and more like a strategist. I'm eager to see how the other stonehearts are, but I bet Aventurine is the most capable under pressure, and maybe him and Opal are at a stalemate given the dialogues of Aventurine.

Black Swan is literally a spy for Aventurine in relaying whatever information the Astral Express has about him. And the fact we coincidentally keep running into Aventurine way too often... That means Aventurine has been watching us from afar since the beginning. His first encounter when he said he had to watch the Astral Express from behind for quite awhile now. A second time when he conveniently reserved "his room", for us. And a third time when he had Black Swan watch over us the entire time she was with us. It's apparent he is keeping tabs on us because he wants us to make that deal with him in reclaiming Penacony back for the IPC. Even if it means going far as to ensure our safety. Better watch our backs with those two. I wouldn't get too comfortable with someone who can easily manipulate memories, and an IPC member with QUESTIONABLE origins. Not even Dr. Ratio trust this guy, and he's the smart one. Hell, not even a MASKED FOOL who only lives for the thrills is even on aboard with aligning themselves with a guy like Aventurine. You would think someone who only cares about fun, dangerous escapades such as Hanabi would have a kick in creating havoc, and mayhem alongside someone as Aventurine. But nope. That alone already says enough about Aventurine's character without further implications. And people say Hanabi is, "racist". Well, better to be a, "racist", then to end up on the wrong, or worse, dead end of a bad business deal.
