I have been following you since b4 the pandemic even and I fully understand downsizing. I love the hobby, so much, but the upkeep started to become a chore I dreaded. Now, downsized, I am starting to be fully happy again. Also, I community tanks were a game changer for me. So much more enjoyable.

Andy, I’m breeding wild caught Narino Red Terror Festea. The wilds are in separate tanks, a 125 and a 120. Tomorrow I’m picking up 9, 4” f1 Narino and I’m turning my 220 gallon into a Festea tank like yours. I also picked up 11 Mascara Barbs - very similar to the Filament Barbs. I’m just a little excited and wanted you to know the influence you’ve had on me! Thanks for everything!

I’ve never heard the term pisshead but I’ll have to remember that one. I went from 20 tanks down to 3 large ones and a nano in the kitchen. There are days when I see new fish centrals I would like to keep but I don’t miss all the time I spent cleaning/working on tanks. You look great lad!

I have a dovii I called him Wolfy after yours.. hope you don’t mind 😊 Wolfy was my favourite of your fish but I know he was getting old and like you said the extra work with maintenance with bigger fish. I've been a saltwater hobbies for many years and after seeing your videos and wolfy wow I fell in love with the Parachromis family. I currently have a pair of Freddy's and offspring and a Jaguar. At one point in time. I had around 6,000gallons of tanks Biggest was a 220. Smallest a 20g Since then. I have a single 75gallon. And a 5gallon bow front Do what makes your life easier man. I can definitely relate to motorcycles. I ride 1500 miles every 2 weeks Pisshead!

Hello Andy.. Been following you for quite some time.. I understand the downsize. I had a go at a breeding room with 29 tanks and it was going great until I fell ill for 2 weeks. Keeping care of those and 3 tanks in house was tough. So, I decided to sell off everything and build, the 1 - 1210g system in office as the only tank. It was much easier and no stress. I then, after 6 years, decided to make that a 660g system to save electricity and water. After another year I built a 300g tank for dining room, cuz the addiction flared a bit. The WCs are simple because of predrilled drains, and hoses nearby. Just turn valves, and do filters and glass while water does its own thing. Your fish and tanks look as amazing as ever. Enjoy many more years of easier fishkeeping !! I think pissheads are cool !

Well I had a 17" False Red Uraphalmus. He was a pycopath, killed Red Devil, 42 inch Dovii and a 36 inch crystal in a 1000 gallon . Thay gave him to me.
I'll miss Wolfie and Botox the most, amazing specimens of their species. You've done well keeping all those tanks for so long, enjoy your extra you time and go ride hard mate! I'll be here next time for your "piss head waffling" cheers mate from a Piss head Down under.

Can I just say that the fish aren't the problem. Please be careful on the bike and start to look after yourself, for you and your lovely wife. I will be forever grateful for you letting us into your home because I know how hard it was for you. Perhaps you'll find life is easier without the piss...I know I do.

Good to see you, such a shame you got rid of Mr and Ms Wolfie those would've been the one to keep to bad they're such a chore to make accommodations for and require such massive housing. Good to see you mate I'd love to see regular uploads from you again. I could listen to you narrate your fish for hours even if it's just you being silly giving them voices and making a little story out of it 😆

Well I had a 17" False Red Uraphalmus. He was a pycopath, killed Red Devil, 42 inch Dovii and a 36 inch crystal in a 1000 gallon . Thay gave him to me.
I'll miss Wolfie and Botox the most, amazing specimens of their species. You've done well keeping all those tanks for so long, enjoy your extra you time and go ride hard mate! I'll be here next time for your "piss head waffling" cheers mate from a Piss head Down under.
