- Optics and filters company Nisi has just released a new line of filters to recreate that signature anamorphic flare streak. The Nisi Allure-Streak Blue filter comes in various sizes and allows you to get that stylized anamorphic flare without spending the money for an anamorphic lens. While it won't give you all of the characteristics of an anamorphic lens, that stylized flare is impossible to miss and can add a cool creative element to your footage.

This filter is pretty slick, Die Hard is a Christmas movie, and I need to clean my filters.
the thing with Anamorphic is, Hollywood uses it because everything else looks Hollywood, the actors, the set, the props, when your low or no budget guy adds Anamorphic it simply looks cheap whatever you do if you don't have the rest of the elements.
Expensive for a piece of glass of blue lines in it looks cool though.
