I love Slaughter. Dudes are still killing it. 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Glad you enjoyed it!
I remember seeing them open for KISS in 1990 when they were just up and coming. They have never lost a beat. Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Always love my Slaughter man!!!! i was 20 in 1990 so when they hit, i was having a great ole time as their tunes being the soundtrack to my young life!!! Love them and they will always have a place in my heart & mind!!!!!
Great times miss the 80's music scene!
Wild Life!
RIP TIM KELLY. Never forgotten. Fly to the angels.
You realize that was over 30 years ago? Give it a rest with the virtue signaling. Nobody cares.
Oh yea? I can tell you two people that absolutely 100% still care - Mark Slaughter and Dana Strum.
@@tbonemaloneknowsitall Sure, just like you would care about a brother or sister dying. The rest of us don't care. If you care, then there should me more important priorities in your life, I would think
Damn ive been dying to see them. Its been about 12 years. His vocals are shot, but i’ll get wasted n it will sound great!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
Still a fun time and happy he's still out there giving it his all!
I grew up listening to these guys! Mark and Dana still look and sound great! Miss Blas Elias (I’m a drummer) but the new drummer sounds solid and knows how to put on a show. Major props for keeping these songs alive all these years! Super cool.
Some great songs and it's always a fun show!
I loved Blas's style.
Blas Elias is going to be drumming for Steven pearcy and Warren demartini.. I agree, he is a great drummer.
Blas also plays at Raiding the Rock Vault in Las Vegas
Definitely love's me some Slaughter!!! And I actually had the honor and privilege of seeing this killer band when they were touring for the album Stick It To Ya!!! And believe me, they brought the damn roof down!!! (Ernie Wilber) 🤘👹🤘✌️
Glad you enjoyed it!
Get rid of the two covers, which aren’t necessary, and replace with Desperately and Reach for the Sky.
That would be great!
Yeah definitely good call I totally agree with you there is a cover obsession going on these days with bands. Some artists who have enough hits they could never play in one show still end up doing three or four or five sometimes cover songs it's total Overkill. I don't mind like a cool cover once in awhile or if it's somehow connected to the artist in a past band or something.
For example Night ranger doing a damn Yankees song or when they do crazy train for Brad gillis I get that.
I know some people will argue with me that the bands get tired of playing certain songs and want to mix it up and I totally get it it's all a personal preference thing different people like different stuff.
Unfortunately I have begun checking those set list sites before buying any tickets as much as the artist hate that taking out the surprise element of the show when the shows are as expensive as they are currently I want to see what the setlist is going to be and if they're going to leave out a bunch of my favorite songs I'm just not going to pay the money.
Especially a band was with a limited amount of hits you shouldn't be leaving out hits and replacing them with multiple covers
@@michaelyatsco1958They only had a couple hits. What they should have played was the Vinnie Vincent Invasion stuff.
@isaiahmarquez9717 a couple hits eh? Most of their debut album were hits bub. Their second album, the wild life, had a couple hits off of it but their debut album stick it to ya had more hits on it than not.
Very good album😎💥
Impressed on how good they sound! I love the wild life album! Great memories cursing in my jeep jamming to it !
Wild Life was a great album for sure!
Great quality, thanks so much for uploading😊
Hope they come to play the show in my country!
Glad you enjoyed it!
The song was a hit and a perfect match from the beginning because in the 80s we were all up all night and sleeping all day. 🎸
Wait you slept?
Still a lot of energy. Good to see.
bunch of cool guys in this band...go Slaughter. :)
Always a good time hanging out with such a down to Earth bunch of guys!
Yeah Mark is definitely one of the most down-to-earth cool guys. The rest of the group seems cool as well. I think sometimes Vince Neil goes out with these guys just to have a good time and get the hell away from the pretentious arrogance of Nikki and the childish foolishness of Tommy and you're talking to a big time Crue fan but everybody knows Nikki is an ego maniac and Tommy is an overgrown child.
Vince seems to have far more fun doing the solo shows even though he's playing to like 5 or 10% of the audience size that he does for the Crue shows and probably makes far less money but seems happier doing the solo shows. Not to mention gives these guys in Slaughter some additional income
And hell, Mark and Blando are both 60 !! Still rocking and rollin' !
Keeping the music alive!
Thanks for posting!🎉😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Jeff is a beast!!! Great player and singer, man!
He's amazing!
Thanks for the upload man!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Burning Bridges is an underrated gem.
Ugh, I hate the speaking part in the middle. Ruins the song for me.
Great song but not a huge fan of it live!
I agree with you, I didn't know what song it was.
That song is just a bust on Vinnie song and a terrible one at that
Rockin video, Thanks for the upload!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was a lot of fun. Thanks for uploading.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Man what age can do to us. The once amazing Mark Slaughter now sounds like Stephen Pearcy back in his better days.
Age catches up to us all!
The struggle is real - Personally, I'll continue hanging onto my loaded 80's memory banks way back when I was blessed to see all the mega rock bands of the decade multiple times, over multiple tours - I just can't do the nostalgia thing, especially when it's a bit rough around the edges- Just my preference - Lot of stellar rock bands out there today, just need to seek them out - Rock on... \m/
Wow! Great show! Gotta give them major credit for not dropping the key to reach the notes! Excellent!!
They still got it!
Was at the show. Great set!
Glad you enjoyed it!
@ very much so!
Dana is amazing at age 67 still running around the stage with that kind of energy.
Dana is funny as hell to hang out with as well!
WOW....THE INTRO IS SOOOO KISS PSYCHO CIRCUS
It was a great show!
You mean musically?
Actually they have been using intro off and on since like 92. PS came out late 90’s
Slaughter did it first. And they opened for Kiss. So....
I was there. Amazing show. I was also very surprised by Ace Frehleys amazing performance.
It was a fun weekend!
Your hearing aid needs replacing.
@ What a funny guy. Everyone found your joke so funny. Really got the whole room laughing.
Great band
Good songs, Mark is still awesome, Slaughter already should have come to South America, They can't tour out of USA =/... I haven't got cash to go to USA 😂😂
Maybe some day but it's also expensive to tour outside the USA
Sounding good
They sounded great
Blas is a great drummer, this drummer is Jordan Canata he’s played with Doro , Adrenaline mob , a rising star
I was there. Allow me to address a few things: not everyone was sitting the entire time, even though there was no pit. I had front row center, was standing up, singing along, screaming and generally losing my mind. The only other time I saw Slaughter was in 2000 when they opened for Poison. I completely enjoyed their setlist, though I would agree to get rid of the cover songs. I had a wonderful time and actually left after their set, as I have no interest in Ace Frehley whatsoever. Going simply for Slaughter was 100% worth it to me.
Thanks for the upload!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Without Ace, there would have been no Slaughter. It’s all in the KISS family. 🤟
When did these guys get so heavy? I remember them being much lighter back in the day.
Love that Burning Bridges is still in the set. Still dissing Vinnie V all decades later !!!
It's the classic diss song!
Es la típica banda que en directo me gustan pero en casa no me dan el punto que me mola escuchar.
Go back to Mexico before You Will deported.
Dana Strum for Best Metal Guitar Faces 2025.
Gotta love his energy!
Surprised the drummer didn’t start doing jumping jacks while playing. 🤨🤨
He's definitely entertaining to watch!
No, that was their old drummer Zoltan. Dude was distracting to watch and sloppy as hell. Jordan is flashy, too, but still keeps it together. They sound much tighter in the last few years.
I saw Slaughter 9 times back in 1990 with KISS on the Hot In The Shade
Tour and in 1991 at the Ritz in NYC. They were always great, top players
and Mark with a good voice! BUT, this sucks. Mark lost his voice, he's trying
to sing here but it just ain't working. Still do listen to the old stuff though!
Tim Kelly RIP, 28 years ago this year. Damn, i'm gettin old!!
Was there good show
Exactly people are a little too critical just go and enjoy the vibe before it disappears!
They haven't released a new album in 25 years
Mark release 2 solo albums but yeah nothing from the band
@JPL1311 thats is correct
There's no need to release new material as it's not really gonna sell, and you make no money off the new records. You're making money off the show. That is why nothing new has been released.
@Malte-Micha sounds like band laziness
@SIStud you must understand how the music industry works. Nowadays, it's not like it was in the eighties or nineties. What I stated in my comment? Was one hundred percent true. You don't make any money off the record. You're making it off the tour now and people come to scene for your older hit songs, not your new songs. They are a legacy band and they're touring on that legacy. It's not laziness, it's understanding how the music business works. I've been in since I was 9. I've seen many changes.
Excuse my language ,Jordan Cannata beat all the drummers!!! Including Elias..
Great drummer!
Jordans amazing!😊
Good show, the sound man under mixed marks voice. Man hes still hittin the high notes. he sounds great. overall the band is tight, just more vocals and the solos need to be turned up.
Know when to say when guys. Jeff needs to just keep doing his own band .
the set list is totally wrong?29:45 is days gone by??nothing on this set list says the song at all!!cmon, your at the concert for christ sake, least get the set list right!!!wtf
JPL Productions???
I literally got it up as soon as possible didn't edit the setlist yet long weekend travellings sorry it upset you!
@@JPL1311 why not wait to get the set list correct before posting?what was the hurry?
Geez that’s brutal
Why does Mark Slaughter sounds exactly like Stephen Pearce now.. LOL
I’m reading all the comments. Why all the hate? So, they haven’t put anything out. I mean does anybody expect them to.
I never understand the hate either! If I don't like a band or a video I just move along and find something else I want to watch!
Because nostalgia acts are lame.I agree tho,if this is your thing, you do you!!
Hey,give the guy a break, for one he had throat surgery, he's not gonna sing as high as he use to,, another thing ,its his songs,
I still don't get all the complaints and hate these guys are keeping the music alive and having some fun!
@JPL1311 I wasn't complaining, I was sticking up for him
Slaughter House is the original
Why the hell are people just standing there looking. I tell you these 80s bands go out of the way to try to keep it and everybody just sits there and looks..
@ I didn’t ask.
Was arena half empty ?? No new material in 25 years is fucking lame!!
Actually it was a really good crowd even had people sitting in the upper sections
Short setlist, good show though...
It was pretty standard for their set about an hour give or take a few minutes
The set list can be greatly improved. Very short and nothing of "Fear no evil", their best and criminally underrated album
mark looks good and taking care of himself and his voice is sounding good!!!
I saw them twice. All Mark does is scream, same songs, nothing special. Drummer is fun to watch.
Exactly never were big, never meant to be
Solution, drumroll……. STOP GOING.
I agree. All Mark does is scream. I didn’t recognize the song he was singing lol
Rip Tim Kelly😢
Tim was a classic act he is very much missed!
What happened to Zoltan on drums?
He hasn't been with them for a little while not sure what happened but Jordan is a nice replacement!
Jordan is awesome!@@JPL1311
😎👍😉🤘💀🖤🎼☠️⚡🥃
Glad you enjoyed it!
Who the hell is singing behind the curtain?
Huh? Time stamps?
The wizard
Is that Blas on drums?
No..not even close
It's Jordan Cannata on drums
It's strange that Blas is playing drums for every other band but Slaughter!?
He still plays shows with them but mostly in the Vegas area
He's been on tour with Stephen Pearcy for the last 5 plus months.😊
The band is not the same anymore. I know times have changed but Marks vocals are not there. The original guitarist has passed on as well, and he was truly a force.
Tim was great and a hell of a nice guy but Blando also fills in nicely and the music lives on!
They only okayed for roughly 52 minutes??? WTF?
They were the opening band
No "wild life"?
and ''Vinnie who??''....ooooweesnaps..
Oddly Vinnie had his purpose he helped KISS write some good songs and inadvertently gave us Slaughter!
@@JPL1311 YEAH..but...he caused problems too.! and i remember the tee shirt from moons ago..oowee fun..
His voice is done
set list???wtf.not even close 17:32 is a led zeppelin song.again not mention in the setlist!!!wow, this site sucks. Were you even at the show???took back my like and sub to your channel, hope others do as well!!!
Okkaren
Drummer kicks major Blas ASS
He's great!
He's great and fun to watch!
Said no one with a brain ever.
Blas Rulz !!!!!!
Pensé que era el cantante de Testament
Who mixed this -geeez
I wasn't there obviously but watching this on RUclips imo, seems like the vocals are waay to far in the back of the mix, when they should be front and center of the mix. Mark may not have the range he once had, but I have a hard time believing he's as bad as this upload suggests it is.
The vocals were very low in the mix not sure if it's by design or not but this is the 2nd time I saw them recently and he was back in the mix
Same old same old. Slaughter - only gig I walked out of. Mark was painfully bad and the drummer they had back the, the Zoltan guy was a bozo.
At this point almost every band from this era is same old same old but it's still fun to hit up a show and enjoy the nostalgia of it.
Dude. You need to do some blow and smoke a joint and have some fun!
Why did Blas leave?
He left for a while and then returned for a bit I believe he still plays some local shows with them
Audio is rough
Yeah the mix was definitely off and Mark's vocals were low!
Im not gonna say anything
Me neither!
terrible sound.. guitars in the back and all you hear are drums...
Guitar player is meh, sometimes a non-musical distraction in the verses, guys got technical skill but is just off balance noodling too much of the time.
ネルソンと一緒に来日してください。
Great Quality wtf .sounds like shit .cant hear the vocals
They were very low in the Mix for some reason
Mixing guy at the venue needs to wake up. Vocals are way too low…
Definitely not sure what was going on!
Too bad they have two cover songs. They could have easily picked two more songs out of their own music.
Mark likes doing them and his band even does some when they are playing with Vince
Please stop with all the wallet chains. That was sooo tired by 2002. 😊
Lame set list. Same old songs. Expand the set. They've made more than 2 records
You realize almost every band pretty much plays the same setlist with a few minor changes every now and then
no shit, what they gonna play??/the fans want the hits!!!
EVERY time I have seen them, it's been the same songs in the same order. Glad I never have to pay to see them play. I still have a good time though.
i doubt you will ever hear anything from any of the CMC releases...they are only ever going to play hour long sets and the hits. its like poison, we have all been begging for a setlist heavy on songs from all the records, but for 20 years they have only played the hits as well.
That is a crapola setlist.
What would you like to hear? I mean I get people not a fan of the covers but what would you add?
They SUCK
Some bands just don’t know when to call it quits
Dana Strum looking more like Gene Simmons every day.
Mark Slaughter and Don Dokken should get together LOL they both sound the same
drummer has gone ballistic
He's fun to watch!
Mark never played this much guitar. What's that all about?
