    I am taking probiotics for one month now. What I noticed is the following 1) I am able to eat cheeses now without gas or pain or any negative symptoms which I had in the past. 2) I am getting no headache or tiredness anymore after drinking coffee, I used to drink one cup a day max and getting some issues, now I am drinking two cups without any issues. 3) generally I have almost no gas anymore. 4) I feel motivated, happy and suddenly I am singing all the time. 5) my eczema is getting better everyday

    This gives me great hope, thank you! Love your videos. Also I beleive probiotics are helping me overcome lingering Sibo/Leaky gut issues. I took L.Reuteri for 3 months, now I'm taking a Bifibacterium, Lactobacillus blend and I'm doing quite well, with very little gut issues, yay!

      @pachuco1674 9 месяцев назад

      Congrats! How much L. Reuteri did you begin to take and how much was the most you were taking?
      Will you be continuing the L. Reuteri?

    • @botanicalbird93

      @@pachuco1674 Hi, I did the brand BioGaia L. Reuteri tablets, (mandarin) 1 per day, just before bed, for 3 months. Some people make yogurt with the tablets, which I didn't do. I am now taking the Now brand - GI clinical probiotic, 1 capsule before bed and have been on this for 2 weeks. Dr. Ruscio's Probiotic blend looks very good and I may give it a try as well. My system is sensitive so I always start my dosages "low and slow". I may also try Saccharomyces Boulardi at a later time. I had Methane sibo issues, I also took herbal antimicrobials 6 months ago.

    I love your content Dr Ruscio, I've been making my own lacto fermented sauerkraut because it's supposed to have trillions of probiotics in it and also lacto fermented honey and garlic would you recommend using these instead of any store-bought probiotics?

    I started taking probiotic recently and after about a month and a half started feeling amazing!!!! I know it was the probiotics. My fingernails had not been growing and starting looking like I had a fungus or lifting, before taking the probiotics, but with the probiotics my nails started growing and became healthy, I was amazed!! But after about three months everything stopped, I stopped feeling good and all my nails broke back off and looks like I have the fungus or it’s just my nails lifting again. I don’t get it. Any ideas?

    I cannot do specific probiotics because I have sibo and gut dysbiosis which is causing histamine issues and gnarly symptoms. Somehow I can do well with water kefir grains from GT's water kefir.

      Here's what worked for my 9yo son: specific diet and probiotics. Probiotic we used was RenewLife Kids 3CFU Lacto/Bif blend. For diet: reduced fiber for some time, some fiber from fruit is ok, cut out all grains, focused on a diet of meats, eggs, dairy, fruit. Was able to get off Miralax within a couple of weeks. Good luck!
