Its indeed a blessing in disguise that there are no meta reports in turbo. People pick stuff they like and have fun.
In league theres always a meta breakdown of every silly gamemode riot releases. The best example will be URF (for those of you who dont know its almost a wtf mode: 80% shorter cooldowns, no manacosts, higher movespeed, etc). It got to a point that riot had to make it all random when they reenabled it and they made it allpick only after a couple of years when they got enough data to more or less balance it out. And we all know valve doesnt care about their games nearly as much as riot, so i doubt they will waste so much time on such thing as turbo.
