Creed was the really the first real band that I fell in love with. Got all their albums when I was in high school and really cut my teeth on their music. Eventually moved on to stuff like Jimmy Hendrix and the Blues and figured out more about music theory and the nuts and bolts of different genres. Now my favorite music is jam band and jazz fusion simply because of the diversity and skill it demands. But every once in a while I still come back to Creed like today and while I appreciate this, I’m honestly a bit disappointed that they don’t choose to jam out their live performances like this, Mark Tremonti could absolutely shred a top notch banger at the end of One Last Breath. It could really be something special for a live performance.
Saw them about 2 weeks ago, they are fantastic.. one of the best rock shows I’ve ever seen.. and I’ve seen Springsteen 15+ times, U2,Billy Joel, Pearl Jam etc
