No one believed me that I have depression, they say I am still too young to have it and I don't know why should I still keep going on cause everything in our life isn't all happy and sometimes that sadness can take a life away.

This song however reminds me of my mother's sad and tragic childhood, she was beaten, raped, and neglected,... and through it all she barely managed to survive psychologically 💔 When I saw her suffering so many flashbacks when I was growing up I was mixed with heartache and anger😟😠 from what happened to her. No child should ever go through this, it's simply not fair,.... this is pain and your song just reminds me of my mother.💔💔

I know that life is gonna be a long sad, and painful experience, I've always hated myself since I was in elementary school. it's only gotten worse and I truly believe that I will never amount to anything or mean anything to anyone, I don't know if I have depression but it doesn't matter I feel the way I feel and have for a really long time, I push through each day but it only gets harder and harder, I have gotten to the point where all I want is to be alone all day I want a relationship but I don't feel like I would be wanted or loved by anyone ever, I believe I'm ugly and a waste of space, no one has ever told me that I just believe it to be true, but I'm stuck here and I have to just deal with it by putting a face on and push through.
I feel this a lot too dude. If I could, I'd offer ya a hug, we probably both need it lol. The best advice I could give you is just, small steps. Little by little, do a little something different. If you don't like crying, just have a moment where you just let it out, get mad, get low, get it out. If something self-destructive pops in your head, take an ice-cube and just hold it in your hands, watch it melt, get your hands chilled. Once you calm down just... take it little by little, maybe a healthy snack, or vent art (if you're artsy), a nap, maybe a little walk around the house or in the yard. Nothing too big, just something little. When you get into the swing of things, kick it up a little more. (oof at the time im writing this i got like nervousness lol) I just hope you heal, even if idk you, I feel like I gotta try, as all of that just hit me in a relatable sense
