(5) In a 9” X 13” pan add one third of the rice and make a thin layer. Then add the meat and make an even layer. Add the mint leaves generously on top of the meat layer. Add the second layer of rice with second one-third of the total rice. Grate the hard-boiled eggs evenly on top of the second rice layer. Grate the cream cheese evenly on top of the eggs. Add the last layer of rice. Add ghee generously on top of the last rice layer.
