all original i cant decide which is the best song. the whole ep is such a masterpiece and so well written by her i can only say she is outstanding and by far the best singer of this decade and diamond is an even bigger surprise I have never experienced in my whole life that an EP only contains number 1 songs, each of the 6 songs is a hit and worthy of a Grammy, I hope that Republic Records will finally start the promo engine and it will be played on radio and TV, only RUclips is not enough. The crazy thing is that she said that the EP with 6 songs is a small selection of 100 songs that she has already written, which gives hope for the future that we will be surprised with even more beautiful songs

Wholesome reaction. It's refreshing to see a married couple these days. I am guessing this song is fiction but Angelina sells it. This one is my favorite. Although it describes the fools gold of infatuation and the painful reality of the end. Sadly she does not have what you both have, real love. The delusion of "one look in your eyes now I'm the fool."as opposed to genuinely getting to know someone before beginning a relationship with marriage in view. Love the timing (cadence) on this one. Part of the magic of Angelina is getting to live her childhood with her, thanks to a loving family who felt the need to document each of her steps along the way as she touched our hearts with each step. I've been listening to this EP several times a day since it came out and every song gets better with each listen. Its culmination with the triumphant and sassy 'Diamond' just makes my heart sing. She's so good.! 😎
CONGRATS on approaching 100k subs, you certainly deserve it with your entertaining reactions. We have no idea if Angelina is singing about a love relationship or was inspired by someone else's story but she made me believe with her conviction, body movements, facial expressions and emotional vocals that someone did hurt her soul. I was honored when Angelina replied to my question in the chat before the premiere of this music video. I asked her "about how many songs have you written?" and she replied, she chose the 5 songs for this EP from more than 100 she has written. Hopefully we will get even more original songs from her in the near future. Have to think the FULL album will be released by Labor Day. PLEASE, PLEASE stream Angelina's EP on Spotify as that is the BEST way to support her. Angelina herself asked to stream her music on Spotify. I've been listening to this EP for days now, almost continuously and still can't decide which song I prefer, yet it still takes my soul, I love her music, her beautiful deep lyrics and the determined self-confidence achieved by Angelina. What a wonderful evolution of our little chrysalis over the past 10 years. And consider that this EP is only a part of the definitive LP that will probably be released in the autumn and should contain 11/12 songs, imagine what more he could put in it! All 6 songs, which are mainly the result of her ingenuity, even if in collaboration, also tell an evolutionary path from a breakup, (sentimental or work) through the phases of demonization and suffering up to the full re-evaluation of himself and her self affirmation of the last song Diamonds. CONGRATS on approaching 100k subs, you certainly deserve it with your entertaining reactions. We have no idea if Angelina is singing about a love relationship or was inspired by someone else's story but she made me believe with her conviction, body movements, facial expressions and emotional vocals that someone did hurt her soul.
I was honored when Angelina replied to my question in the chat before the premiere of this music video. I asked her "about how many songs have you written?" and she replied, she chose the 5 songs for this EP from more than 100 she has written.
Hopefully we will get even more original songs from her in the near future. Have to think the FULL album will be released by Labor Day.

THANK you for your reaction 😄😅 Now, after listening to her cover Easy On Me & Million Years, Angelina has NO problem putting emotions (most likely never experienced yet) and make you BELIEVE her pain (can we say "Oscar's"?? 😉) If we observe the posts of SHORTS ala TikTok, etc. almost daily she's in the studio or a parking garage, or her room joined by sis Juliette dancing, just hanging out or a function, working, singing... special appearances, her Mom is with her, her videos feature her Grandma... IF there's a real person behind the lyrics you'd think someone would catch it. But "breakups" and getting "double crossed" are always popular. She has the RETRO VIBE going strong; her ability to add her touches, write these kinds of lyrics, compose the song and MIX IN her emotions, SHE makes you BELIEVE.. Angelina has set a new standard for producing a new sound, her creativity & vision of what she wants to accomplish is clear.. and we LOVE the results.. she has RAISED the bar, and Doubled DOWN; confident, focused, beautiful... Gurll can "SANG"!!! I admire your honesty, your reactions aren't filled with assumptions, exaggerations, or pontifications or dissertations trying to sound SOOO knowledgeable... I've been listening to this EP for days now, almost continuously and still can't decide which song I prefer, yet it still takes my soul, I love her music, her beautiful deep lyrics and the determined self-confidence achieved by Angelina. What a wonderful evolution of our little chrysalis over the past 10 years. And consider that this EP is only a part of the definitive LP that will probably be released in the autumn and should contain 11/12 songs, imagine what more he could put in it! All 6 songs, which are mainly the result of her ingenuity, even if in collaboration, also tell an evolutionary path from a breakup, (sentimental or work) through the phases of demonization and suffering up to the full re-evaluation of himself and her self affirmation of the last song Diamonds. Don't you remember when as an youngster you really didn't have much trouble understanding adult conversations? Of course not sofistocated concepts. But matters of the heart?

The Republic Records crew had purchased a new smoke machine for this video but didn't anticipate the alarm they generated. You can see the smoke up in the studio air.
