yeah unpopular opinion but I was absolutely routing for the two of them and didn’t understand why people thought that Ava was a bad egg right from the beginning (eg that she ‘suduced him into sleeping with him to then dump him' the first time they got together.) I mean don’t get me wrong, she started to go a bit nuts in the last few edisodes, but I think the plot was a bit rushed as it went from her fealing sad that conner could view her in such a suspicious way and her wanting to spend time with him, to her killing his father for very little reason other than it being 'apparently’ the only thing sepporating the two and then taking the very rash decision to slit her throat to avoid capture. I might be bias, but i still think the writers ruined a perfectly interseting character and relationship just to add unnecessary drama. Thank you, I am done now :)
this is why I was so devastated when they were written off, especially how. Also because I loved Ava. They deserved sm better. They should have been forever and instead ava took her own life, it was sooo sad. The writers really messed up their characters and ending. They were my favorite couple and Ava was my favorite character and they messed it all up in one episode. I’m still so mad and sad about it ngl💔
Thus the most heartbreaking for me was him opening her body just to revive her because she commit suicide just for her to see how important she was to him... And that's how devastated he was he couldn't continue his work in the same place because he was reminded of her😢 seeing her dying not having a happy ending with him was one of my best regrets on this show
