It was a play on Gettan's last words, his ... treasure ... leaves .... Yukime(yuki=snow) .... to you...
So of course Sid hears what he wants to hear and is like: "It's burried under the snow there, ok got it, I will take good care of it.
As of right this episode's end, Cid thinks he lost the money(since he could not dig it up), thinks that the Seven are pissed at him(since he thinks his plan failed) and so he is making himself scarce to give them space to cool of(as he so nicely put it, he is aiming to use time to turn their anger into exasperation. then waltz back in and pretend his screw up never happened).
But yeah, it's fun to think that because of his need to get Delta away for a bit(and sending her after Jugga Jugga), Yukime is now the sole ruler of the Lawless City(sasuga Shadow-sama).
For Cid everything that the girls are doing is just acting and playing along with his fantasy he is living. That's why he sometimes thinks that they are stealing his knowledge of things and are doing for their gain even tho they are doing it for him. He appreciates it sometimes by complimenting them for what they are doing but he treats them as indipendent from him until he goes of to another adventure where they tag along for the ride and he gets to showcase how cool he is.
Elizabeth is retired, and Juggernaut is death. so Yukime is officially the sole monarch in the lawless city now, sasuga Shadow-sama
what delta dug will be relevant when cid come back from his trip but there are 2 arcs before, the trip it self and the movie so you will not know until season 3

The fight with Gettan was a lot longer in the LN. Cid started with the wires. But since Gettan could see the magic in the strings, but just couldn't dodge them all. It took the second dose of red pills to restore his eyes. Then Cid just switched to his bare hands.
Yukime's Snow Fox Corporation specializes in forgeries, not just counterfeiting. Their most successful venture is Mitsugoshi knock-offs!
Epsilion has another moniker other than "The Precise." Her other notable name is "The Faithful." That is quite a testament considering how devoted their guild is to Shadow.
Boy was getting beaten to a literal meat pulp and was experiencing infernal hell that is the true form of Kágeno Minorú.
He did not expect that they will decipher his note. I wouldn't expect it either. Anyway Shadow got what he deserves this episode.

@@achmodinivswe9500 That is undoubtedly going to be one of the funniest scenes. And depending on the length of the movie or if they add original anime scenes, it will be even more fun to watch.
Unfortunately, they cut most of the fight with Gettan. He manages to break John Smith's strings and goes full werewolf with instant regeneration, which ends up backfiring as he gets an extra long beatdown from a very angry Cid thanks to it.
In fact, due to his blindness enhancing his remaining senses and magic detection, Gettan was able to know the location of the strings and avoid them, he also underestimated the power of John Smith and the increased power and regeneration provided by the red pills.
In the anime, he was so angry to the point where he doesn't uses string to fight Gettan. John was only using hand
It is amusing when you think about how little Cid and shadow garden properly communicate. If they flatout said "yes this is your company, and this is all your money." imagine how things would change. since they think he already knows everything, and he thinks everything is a game. lol

Cid became john spin the block Smith and for just a grudge match on gettan. Yukime actually could have beat him herself but she let her guard down. That list he gave the girls actually wasn't even a code it was just a list of things so somehow ETA just decoded it to find out where the gold was. And to give nivi some confirmation yes iris is losing her shit thanks to shadow she and Sherry are both obsessed with killing shadow a goal that is impossible
As someone who knows the cut content of John Smith VS Gettan, The Awakened - no. Yukimé could not beat him. After he took 1 pill of awakening, he was already choking her mentally, and even stabbed through her with his sword. John had to intervene or Yukimé would’ve died; literally.
Basically, 90% of the fight was cut out, and the biggest cut is how Gettan had a phase 1 and phase 2 which forced Minorú to use his true fighting form to keep up with Gettan. And it’s one of the most horrific and iconic demonstrations of power Minorú did as The Eminence in Shadows. So much so, you might as well call it infernal hell of an experience for Gettan, despite him supposedly being superior in phase 2 in every way. Superior smell, superior eye sight, superior hearing, and a lot of other things; each times a 100 million or so. So much so that Gettan was shredding through John’s threads no matter how much mana he poured into it.
That is why he had to discard all his weapons and use his true form - CQC.
I don’t know how many people realize this but it’s the objective truth that Minorú fights best without any weapons. He is insane enough to be called the Martial God.
It's all fun and games until you realize that Shadow larped his way into being the CEO of all currency in a subsidiary of the corporation that owns all new technology- which itself is a front for a PMC which could likely wipe out entire nations in days.
Also if you look, you can see a quick "trailer" like thing which is like this pseudo trailer from Yukime's POV about the greatest love story ever told.

Bro, it's never not funny how bad Cid is misunderstanding everything. He's always in his own bubble. And yet, everything somehow falls into place almost magically.
To be fair, Cid did lay out some very specific ground rules on Deltas reward when he sent her on that mission. And knowing Delta, she would be asking for something far above what was promised. Cid is just making sure she knows she cant just ask for anything and expect to get it.
Cid isn’t a liar, +has no reason to avoid the promise with other types of deception ’cause Delta is a walking serotonin woofy, unlike Claire who keeps pestering him with her care and excessive strictness.

The non-canon events of the game reveal how far are the extremes to which Claire is capable of going for Cid's sake or to spend time with him. The manga also reflects it in a certain way. 😅

This episode of Kagejitsu! It was like Acting Lessons part two for the seven shades.
John Smith couldn't get the money he wanted in this arc because Eta deciphered quickly the code written in different languages by Shadow. He underestimated their intelligence....
Shadow once again saves the day by being 7 steps ahead of the cult's plans.

Cashew, you will discover Cid's next identity after season 3 is released. A hint is that it has to do with a detective plot. As for the name, instead of Ronald Donald, the new identity It will be called SH.
Nivi what Delta found buried in the snow belongs to Violet , you will know more about it once season 3 will be broadcast.
I think you’re giving too much context on what Delta found. It’s pretty much a spoiler.
Unfortunately, the Gettan bossfight was 90% cut out, which was one of the most iconic fights in the series. It would be most brutal fight if they didn’t cut out, with a clear phase 1 and phase 2, and a very specific reveal about Minorú’s real power level that would make the Anime-onlies realize why any weapon he uses is a limiter ’cause he fights best unarmed.
I love the idea that the most powerful weapon he wields (besides maybe his magic) are these hands 👊

"it's impossible for a human"... those 2 besides the Mist Dragon , Aurora and Fenrir were the exceptions in recognizing Shadow's true strength.
