Love that you made the effort to show pictures of the patterns you had already made - some fantastic makes! Only half way though so off to enjoy the second row of dress patterns...
Lots of cute patterns, and suggestions for old patterns; you can take them to your local community college fashion design department and donate them. Students always need patterns to work on.
That’s a wonderful suggestion! I never thought of that! There’s a community college in my area where I took sewing classes years ago and I think it would be a great place to donate those patterns. Thank you!
There were patterns I didn’t even know I had, and a handful that I’m like, “I want to make this now.” I’m so glad I did it. You will too when you have the time and energy to comb through your stash.
I'm dying 😂😂😂😂. I love it that you are destashing, but keeping more than destashing... 😂😂😂😂. I'm doing the same thing right now. My stash is massive and it's been taken me months to literally go through all patterns to do a sale off.
😂😂😂 An absolute shame. I just knew I was going to let go of a huge stack 🤦🏾♀️ And I know you have a massive stash. I can’t imagine the amount of work it’s taking to get through them all.
@@weceestyle girl, I am looking at it the same way you did. Will I see it in the next 5 years? Can I wear it to work,? It's massive and some have to go
I'm a new subscriber, and I've been watching your videos now for about 3 weeks, and love your energy and positivity. Congratulations on your newborn; I am getting back into sewing, just cleaned my sewing machine. I made clothes for my son when he was born in 1980's, and I enjoyed it so much, shouldn't have stopped. If you have any patterns left I would love them. Thank You! Have a Blessed Day!
Thank you for being here and sharing! I truly appreciate reading that! I’ve updated the description with the patterns I have left. If you’re interested, send me an email so I can pack them up and ship them tomorrow.
I was watching to see what you do with your sewing patterns to destash. I would like to try the Mimi G pattern you destashed because it was too big. I typically cut between a 14 and 16. I will cover shipping costs if this sounds like a good idea to you. I need to destash. It’s very hard for me to let go of patterns. My sister passed in 2015. I still have 3 patterns from her collection that I have never made. If you find a place, school or whatever to pass along patterns please share it in the comments. RUclips will let commenters know. Thanks for sharing your process.
I’ve updated the description with the patterns that are still available. You have to send me an email with your information so I can pull it for you and ship.
Congratulations on the new baby.❤️Loved This Video! Your dress pattern collection is awesome. Love how organized you are! If you are looking for a new home for M6953 & M8105, I would love to take them off your hands.🙏🏻 My daughters and I are brand new to sewing and they would love them!
Please don't give to goodwill. They are so disrespectful. There are a few sewing schools who might appreciate them. Do you know kecia mack? She does sewing camp / before and after school program 'stit hit 2 em'
7 minutes in and you only got rid of 1 pattern. Next time you wish to detach, group similar patterns and keep one ( versatile)you can make into different makes and get rid of the rest. Because I saw you kept all the wrap patterns and they were basically the same ish.
I’m almost certain that I mentioned having multiple wrap dresses, the differences between each, and why I wanted to keep them. I also LOVE wrap dresses and they’re suitable for my workplace. The spontaneity of going through my pattern stash prevented me from organizing prior to filming. But nonetheless, thank you for your advice.
We have so many of the same patterns!!!! This was fun to watch
Yayyyy I’m glad you enjoyed it! And you have great style so I’m flattered we have a lot of the same patterns 🥰

Thank you! 😊 So you watched and I hope you enjoyed it!
I just learned to check for sizes on the patterns from watching this video. 😊
Glad I could help!

The patterns you shared are all in my stash, of course we are so similar in style.
Yaasssss Sew Twin 😂 I love your style so I’m flattered you have the same ones!
Girl… I need to destash some of my collection. This reminded me of some good oldies I want to make

I love your retired patterns, but I need plus size patterns.
I love your videos. You always make me giggle. I just made a vintage 1960 top. I love it! I feel like Jackie O!!!
Btw… I’m vintage myself! Lol
Yassss Jackie O!!!! Thank you so much for watching Ms. Lori aka Vintage Wine ❤️

if you have a middle/high school, community college, university, or community center that has a sewing class, you could donate them there!
I definitely could! Thank you so much! I’ll check that out! ❤️
Whew!!!! Your dress stash is like mines. Lol
😂😂😂😂 Girl, all that work, I’m scared to do the rest 🤦🏾♀️
In definitely going to get M8142 and M6922. Great video!
Girl, I was about to send you my good pattern (M8142) 😂 Send me your information and I’ll get M6922 in the mail for you! 😊
Love your pink containers on rollers. Where did you get them? I can't find them anywhere in Alabama.
Thank you! I purchased them from Target.

No, I don’t know Kecia Mack. I’m not familiar with any Sewing Schools in my area, but I’ll look. Thank you!

You have a very unique voice, like a spokesperson🤗 I too have been destashing but I will revisit because I need more to go😭 FIESTA 🪅
I definitely need to get rid of more 🤦🏾♀️ 😩 😂 Thanks for watching! 💜
Your keeping more than your destashing! LOL!!😅
😂😂😂 I just knew I was going to let go of more patterns than that 🤦🏾♀️ 😩 😂
