Kevin (and the bullfit community): Thanks for recommending Omar and Silent Mike. They do great work. Can anyone recommend people who do what Omar and Silent Mike do, but who do it a little calmer? I have some sensory stuff going on, so I often can't handle the "WHAT'S UP RUclips!!!" delivery and sometimes the machine gun pace of the words. This is no diss to these guys. They're great and I would never want them to change. The type of info they put out and the level at which they deliver it -- more science than bro science, but still simplified enough that I can understand -- is exactly the content I need. The issue is 100% in the wiring in my own brain.
I was just saying how it's not a day for thanking vets when they were the ones that made it home......being why I hate that the kids in my neighborhood set off fireworks today. Supposed to be a day of silence.
"thick thighs, crush guys" I LOVE IT!1 yes, more mental health chats! ive struggled with anxiety/depression for the majority of my life LMAO your sarcasm is just **chefs kiss** tbh, I trust your opinion and I beleive youd give a honest, thorough, unbiased review
Great reference to Silent Mike and Omar, they're both awesome. I don't think I can accurately describe how much better the new format is. I know who is bullshitting me, I like positivity, and damn you're doing it well. Get that Twitch channel up and running and give us a link. I'll pledge 6 months right now.
I love that people are talking about the mental struggles gym bros feel cuz people think otherwise cuz we're in shape. Me personally have had my own semi colon story, bodybuilding literally saved me but sadly I feel afraid to get on stage cuz my thighs are nothing but scar tissue 😐
I was what's called "a 5 percenter". I got diagnosed with epilepsy in my early 30's and got anti seizure meds. I was not told at the time there is a 5% chance you will try take your own life on these meds. It was only after I held a butchers knife to my chest and thought about falling on it that I knew something was seriously wrong. I cried, I called my partner from the bedroom and we went to the doctor the next day and had my meds changed. I do have some level of depression and anxiety and it was amplified by doctor prescribed medication without my knowledge. I felt so hopeless and just wanted to sleep. "Just let me sleep" is how I felt every day. But I got through it. Love that you're touching on mental health. It is real and we are more fragile than we think we are. Be kind. Be honest. Be true.
That was hard to read, because I feel like I can understand where you were. I hope that you are in a much better place now. I hope that you have a support system that you can rely on. We are both fragile and incredibly resilient simultaneously.
@@PureBullFit thanks bro. I have never told that story before but you're such a positive influence I think it's the best place to let some stuff out. Take care mate. Love your content and missed it
James over at shredded sport science has a great video on him and it echoes my thoughts fairly well. So I could put one together for this community of folks Thought it valuable
Glad you mentioned pre-workout reviews. I wanted to ask if you if you make your own pre-workout? Sounds like you don't, but do you like any specific ingredients? I make my own
So I don’t make a pre-workout per se, but I like to make sure that I got some simple carbs in me along with proteins within an hour of when I’m about to begin my workout (not because of any window or anything just because I feel like perform better that way), cup of coffee and powdered beet root. I find I get enough nitric oxide from the beats and I don’t need to resort to things like pre-workouts in order to get a good pump and have a good endurance. I don’t avoid them out of any elitist mentality, mostly I don’t find the dramatically increased performance or endurance in any additional way and I hate the heartburn that always seems to come with them. Makes me have to eat and acids like candy

I’m not sure I understand, but I let everybody know that my name is Kevin the beginning of every video. Not too worried about that to be honest. If folks wanna find my full name on Facebook that’s pretty easy too!
Hey Kevin, glad you're back!👍 Thanks for the free programs and tutorial on testing new and different products regarding health and fitness, I know they're a lot of people who watch your channel and can't afford a gym membership/trainer and probably workout from home and can't afford supplements, 100% healthy eating or pre and post workout anything. So I'm sure your honest and non biased advice goes a long way for a lot people who watch and wanna learn something new and trying to be healthier and stronger at the same time. Keep up the great work, much respect!👍👏💪
Hi Kevin, just wanted to say that I appreciate your positivity and honesty so much. I found your channel through Coach Greg, and I am happy I did. Looking forward to the twitch streams and your future content!
Thank you, my training took a huge dive, I bought a house started training as a nurse and my wife become ill, so parenting alone takes up time something had to give and that was my gym, I went back last week and didn't know where to start, this will be a big help, am glad your back at this youtube stuff aswell

I would like to hear your opinion on the bioneer, Adam Siniki.

@@PureBullFit I saw james video and liked it very much. I like the bioneer's content a ton. Thanks for your answer.

It is a good sign when even your random thoughts are this intelligent and positive. 🙂🤘
Thanks for what you do Kevin. Much appreciated.
FYI: Someone has added a local file path to the description. Needs to be updated to a hyperlink.
My bad if i mistook u for someone else but were you a Ranger? Doesn't matter tab or scroll.
No I think you have me confused with someone else, I served in the Marine Corps not the army. Never attended Ranger school and was never asked to.
Glad to see you are back posting consistent!! 💯💪
Those chips are INSANE. I felt like a hole was augured into my stomach. GL with this Kevin. Oh, and WB friend. Great to see you putting out new vids.
Awe he makes content for me haha so I'll send another boost for Al Gore's Rhythm
Respect for the free program. Also, thank you for your service. That chip is going to be rough.
Good video 👍
Hmm.. Didn't come here for that.. But I actually look at least 43... (my age) Do I need to do something about skincare... 😮
You get one skin suit! Unless you are Buffalo Bill but that raises other concerns all together
Thank you for the starter guide. It looks amazing!

Hey Kevin, I have a chip and I’ll do it at the same time if you want to do it live with some of us.
That is absolutely bonkers but I kind of love that idea…
