This is good too see been taking the weights seriously sense i was 21. Im 27 now and don't plan on stopping. Currently 6 foot 2 . 210 pounds. The key is mental toughness Not giving up. The days you don't wanna lift weights are the days too Lift Weights

Y’all are going to inspire so many people to get healthier bc of this journey y’all are on…like me! My sister & I need to lose 20 lbs each & tomorrow we start walking together…in a cemetery but not at night! 😂 (We live 3 miles from each other & the cemetery’s close with a paved road. We live on a dirt road.) Anyway, God bless y’all & I’m so proud of y’all for doing this & allowing us to be a part of it!! Take care & I can’t wait for tomorrow night!!! Great for you guys, I had heart surgery 2 years ago and now had a procedure for a clogged artery, when I get healed I really wanna get into better shape, just dont have the resources for a personal trainer.
