HI guys,this is my gundruk ko achar recipe its spicy but taste really good.hope it will help you guys out there.
Ingredients:
gundruk
bhatmas
tomato
lemon
garlic
green chilli
oil
stone grinder

Humm interesting
I have never tried it like this
I basically just fry the tomatoes first and make "tomato achaar" by mixing all the spices then, put gundruk with the "tomato achaar" in the stone grinder and grind them together
And as for the soybean, roast it and grind that separately and make it into two halves if u know what i mean. Then, mixing them all together!!!
