This may not be the fastest run, but it is however the coolest run I've ever seen by a long shot, more than any other LS run. Glad I got randomly recommended this, was incredibly fun to watch

I spent far too much time tinkering on the script and trying to optimise to the last detail but as you can see fatty and the map are always actively trying to stop me and derail the run. Ending was really heartbreaking but what you said is indeed true. While the result wasn't what I wanted, I guess that doesn't take away from the all the work put into it. @@aliens1990990 assassin's mantle is supposed to give a 1.5x damage boost if you attack the monster while hidden (in smoke). For some reason, the damage boost didn't apply at the end. Also, the first smoke didn't work/was too slow (fatalis continue his attack animation) which lead to another 5s wasted. Overall it was about 15-20s wasted because of the hood and smoke not cooperating.
this run is far most realistic to me, the creativity and the execution is well applied. I wish I could have watched this back then when MHW was at its peak. great job bro.

What happened at minute 6:00 and at minute 6:14 ? Why did Fatalis flinch and stop his 360° flamethrower and why did he stop his attack 6:14 to roar? I've NEVER seen that happen.
The last MH game I played was MHFU, and even though I know very little it's clear how mechhanically intensive this is, your timings had to be perfect, especially at such a low health. Amazing, and inspiring too

Thank you park. I saw your previous comment but maybe you deleted it? Anyway assassin's mantle damage was low because the dmg increase only applied to the shb thrust. Why? I myself don't know, after countless hours of testing sometimes it just refuses to work for unknown reasons especially in P3.

The few sub 6'30 attempts I had all failed because assassin's mantle didn't work properly at the end 😂. Can't imagine if I had better luck + played a bit more accurate this run could have been sub 6.

Hi zaf, thanks for the kind words. This run was probably the most mentally tiring and toughest grinding process of all my runs. There was a lot of pressure to get a good time and a lot of time spent on the script. Hence the ending was pretty unfortunate, but I know what went wrong now. Could have definitely continued grinding for a "clean run" but I was exhausted. The build is at the end of the video, if you have any questions feel free to ask.

I've fought Fatalis several times with my friends and crafted all of his gear. Seeing this video makes me feel I don't deserve to be using the equipments until I successfully solo Fatalis once lol.
Thank you sunny. I don't think felyne heroics is worth it because of the sharpness + the loss in damage at FC0 is very big compared to normal heroics. Actually 2 nova skip script can actually be sub 6 if you have good P1 + P3 rng and you play very accurately. I have a triple nova skip script but I don't think I'll do freestyle LS again for a long while.
