The watch was definitely a good find.i brought a Reflex Active one, a budget range and some of them are good for the price. The sleep analysis is definitely handy as a guide but like you say not completely accurate, for example if you are laying still for long periods but not actually asleep, it can track you as sleeping.

Dont buy this watch. Mine didn't even last 3 months in an office job. The plastic case cracked.
