Thank you so much for sharing the meditation videos. Travelling has made me look at everything with positivity and truly understand myself and what I want out of life. However since this craziness began, I have become the complete opposite. Constantly having negative thoughts and not seeing the positive in anything. I also started a new job in the NHS a month ago which I absolutely love but joining at this time is so scary. This morning I watched your meditation videos as I thought, enough is enough I’m fed up of not feeling myself. I have never meditated before and wasn’t sure if it would work, but I am SO glad I have done it. It was amazing, I felt like I had instantly connected with myself again and straight after I burst into tears from relief because I felt like I finally had control over my thoughts again. Crazy how something so quick and easy can be so powerful! I can’t thank you enough!

Love this Mollie, thank you! I’ve been trying to meditate using the headspace app and it’s mainly guided as much as I’ve used however think breath is for me. More breathing techniques would be amazing. I really struggle to allow thoughts to come and go as I just dive straight into them and off on a long train of thought. Hoping with more guides I’ll be able to allow them to bounce off me like a bubble!

Where's Mollie? I just need more! 😂 I’ve dabbled in and out of meditation a bit, and yours made me feel so calm. I’m interested to see what else is to come!

Fantastic. So soothing and grounding. Thank you Mollie. One suggestion (hope that’s ok) would be to gradually redirect us to the present/ “wherever we are” as we are approaching the end of the meditation.
Look forward to more practices soon. Stay safe xo

Lovely Meditation. ...Buddha spent six years meditating on the essence, causes, and cures for human anguish. In the end, he came to the realization that suffering is not caused by ill fortune, by social injustice, or by divine whims. Rather, suffering is caused by the behaviour patterns of one’s minds. Yuval Noah Harari (Sapiens)

Hi Mollie! Thank you so much for these I’ve really enjoyed the series so far and it’s helped me understand it so much better so thank you it’s great to have a starting point! Do you have like a playlist of calming music/sounds that you listen to when you meditate that you could maybe share? How long did it take you before you felt you could successfully clear your mind/really feel the benefits when you started? Thank you xx 😊
