I came across your videos quite by accident. They are fantastic for people new to cloud compare, and I wish I had found them earlier.

Great video, as well as all the other ones I've seen you do. I am wondering if you might have some thoughts on a more specific problem i have relating to scalar fields of intensity values..
When exporting an .xyz cloud from Faro Scene, I can see that its intensity values range from 0- 255, however, when I export a .xyz cloud from Cloud Compare, its intensity values range from 0-65535. I am attempting visualisations on Pointools, and compared to the Scene export, the Cloud Compare export looks terrible. The problem is I no longer have access to Scene so I am trying to find a workflow which gives me comparable results. Do you know of a way to somehow resample the Intensity values when exporting a .xyz from Cloud compare?
