I totally agree with you on the soap selection. Those are probably some of my three favorite soap artisans. I wash my face with Zingari Man Clay Bar with my Rockwell brush every night. Thank you David for the awesome face-cleansing tip
Greetings from SA. Glad to see you've discovered Jaco's Bundubeard soaps. His trio of Goede Hoop/Drommedaris/Reijger is equivalent to naming something after the Mayflower, for Americans.
Soaps look amazing. Some of my best have come from Stirling soap. Executive Man is the bomb! Will have to delve into some of the ones that you featured today.
Great soap selection. Noble otter, hendrix classics and PAA ck6 are the slickest and most nourishing for the skin that I have so far. I usually take the left over lather and apply it to the face for a few before rinsing off.
I was lucky to get some samples of Bundubeard from Philip. I agree, it's very slick. People should check those soaps out. A&E is a favorite of mine also. I have yet to try Shannon's Soaps, but they are on the list. I like that tip. It never hurts to smell good heading to bed, and get some brush practice in. Thanks David.
Wow had the first two already on my list. However seems they are already sold out. Man you should get a sales award. Hopefully they will show back up. At this point I have years of soap and razor blades to go through. It is a most enjoyable hobby.
Philips bosbouer and reijger are awesome soaps the after balms as well. My last shave I put the balm on forgetting the Thayers and I just tried applying after. It really made the balm spread and the freshness lasted for hours..
Great video. Terrific tip to use shave soap at night at bedtime. This is also a great way to test soap samples to see if you want to buy the whole tub. Also, I use which hazel at night after I wash my face. Have a great week. 👍
Hey David, I had the best shave in the history of shaves yesterday (LOL). No other baby butt amooth will ever xome close! The T2SS with a Feather blade and the unbelievable Bundubeard “Drommedaris” was incredibly good. So good…Roger Penske and Pennzoil should use this fabulous mutton tallow in their cars. Thanks. Ordering a lifetime supply!
My top 2 are Ariana and Evan’s and Declaration are very good too. I also have sensitive skin and coarse hair so am picky about soap. I have to say though that I find K2e to be better overall than the new Ultima base. A bit slicker and better for skin.
I can't say I have a top 3. V&E Maine Made Crafts and Mama Bear are my two favorite glycerin based soaps. Shannon's and Stirlings would be in my top lists as well. I want to give Bundubeard a try but I'll be buying direct from the company. With the Rand to USD conversion I can get what I am looking for and it still be cheaper than buying stateside.
Such a great tip! If any skincare companies hear it they'll start selling shaving brushes marketed as "exfoliating brushes" for an extortionate price 😒.
@@OhioShaves ok. I wasn't sure if the Ariana and Evans aftershave moisturized the face and cooled it off using it alone as much as the Nivea did. The smell of the A&E lasts all day. That's amazing.
This chanel deserves more subs than these ,at least around 400-500k ,btw PRORASO NOURISH shaving soup is really good too ,l use that tipe ,great video OHIO 🔥👌
Hey Dave, We met at the Maggard Meet-Up. I sent you an email concerning the Vikings Blade razor. The email is dated 4/22/24. Let me know if you did not receive it. Thanks again for the videos. Larry from WV.
Nice, quick hit, David. Thanks!
You bet
When it comes to shaving this man's channel is highest tier you are going to get!
Thank you much

I have the Bundubeard and it’s fantastic. Ordering the A&E and Shannon soaps today. Transitioning from creams (mostly TOBS, etc). Thanks.
Wonderful! Thanks for your support

Great soaps. I use a brush and some shaving soap every night before bed. My complexion hasn't looked better.

Thanks for sharing Jeff. Great Hobby

Great products. Thanks for sharing, brother.
Nice to see Bundubeard there. Go SA! :)
I'm using their vanilla soap at the moment. Awesome stuff.
Good to know. Thanks for sharing.

That's a great idea! Thanks for the tip.
Nice video David! Interesting tip on washing the face with shave soap and a brush 🤔
Have a good one!

Thanks, you too!

That’s great news. So happy for you and thanks for your support.
I like Barrister and Mann’s Seville and Ariana and Evans Tobacco Road shave creams. 👍
💈👍
Great advice! Much appreciated as always -Ryan

Is that the vegan base?
Huh. Didn't consider lathering/washing my face with these soaps at night. Guess I'm trying that out this evening!
It works great, especially if you’ve acquired a ton of subs like most people have. It’s a good facial scrub in my face hasn’t looked better.

That's great. I like to support small businesses based in the US
Great video. I’m sad that some of these soaps aren’t available in Canada. Have you ever tried Henri et Victoria Shaving Soap?
Not yet! I will look into it. Thanks.

🤣
What's the one that's in the red container smells like cherries you liked so much? Sorry don't have anymore info to help you remember.
Cella. Made in Italy. Sold on Amazon Shaving Soap: amzn.to/48SInKy
Nice one on soap Dave!❤😊👍🏾
Thanks, brother
Nice one David, liked the Miyagi bit.
Thanks 👍
My favorite soaps are DR Harris and Tabac
Nice
After you shave do you put on the Nivea balm before the Ariana and Evans aftershave splash?
If you wanted to use both, I would put Nivea on first.

I don't think so
I don't like Viking razors at all. Chinese knock offs that they renamed.

You only have 20 cans of soap? Why so little?
I gave a lot away.
Hi my friends, you wrote Adriana..... Peter will become jalous😢😢😢
I just caught it. Thanks for the update.
