What if event went differently? What If Andrew Garfields Spider-Man had been apart of the MCU timeline? how would Andrew Garfields Spider-Man change the MCU as a whole if his version of Peter Parker fought along side with Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk etc?
In today's Marvel's What If video I will be exploring this mega change by having The Amazing Spider-Man 1 play 1st and then having Avengers 2012 combine this worlds Peter Parker, I will be continuing this series throughout Avengers Age Of Ultron, Captain America Civil War, Infinity War and Avengers Endgame so do make sure to stick around as I will have more parts on its way.
After the release of Spider-Man No Way Home Peter Parker enters the Multiverse In the MCU, with this Marvel's What If I really wanted to dive deep into another reality where Peter Parker from 2012 finds his way In the battle of New York.

When I was younger and these 2 movies came out, I always thought they would put Andrew’s Spider-Man in the same universe. Always nice to see people doing these fan-fics, great job as always man, keep it up!
They were originally trying to do that by including TASM's Oscorp Tower being nearby Stark Tower. But no deal with the rights was made, and TASM continued to be in an isolated universe

The original Sony deal said that Andrew needed to be Peter in the MCU but he didn’t show up to a conference because he was sick. That was all they needed to fire him.

What if Dr. Strange fought Hela?
Context: Dr. Strange told Thor that he can detect threats that appear on earth. He should have detected Hela. If he fought Hela and defeated her, Thor would not have had his character growth that he had and would be weaker in infinity war.
And alternately if he did show up, what if Hela killed him, she'd have 2 stones once she hit Asgard

@@ThirstyEdits yeah but we’re speaking in context of Thor 3… if it was strange v hela at that time, and if we’re using your analogy Hela could have beaten thanos, galactus, and the eternals too? cmon man 💀 even then strange underutilized the stone we never really saw him use it only in his own movie and in the beginning of IW. He was still strong enough and we’ll see more of his powers in NWH and DS2.
What’s funny is about this video is that that was the original plan! Had Marvel gone through with the deal with Sony originally back in 2011 - 2012, we wouldn’t of had Tom Holland as Spider-Man. It would’ve been Andrew Garfield!

I mean compared to the original spider man, Andrews is a amateur. The original literall fought what was basically Master Chief, a tall as hell super soldier capable of punching with the force of a semi truck going at Mach 10, and won in his first movie, Tobey’s then went on to beat Doc Ock, then beat another super soldier in the third movie once, along with beating Venom.

Andrew's feat against the lizard definitely surpasses Tobey's. Andrew used intelligence, while Tobey had the cliche rage boost.

5:18, its pretty good how in both of these hypothetical Spider-Man-Avengers crossovers, Peter prioritizes protecting and evacuating people over fighting the aliens, but it’s even more ironic for the Andrew Garfield version of Spider-Man considering the actor’s role in Hacksaw Rig as a World War II soldier who refuses to fight and carry firearms, but prioritizes protecting and rescuing soldiers instead.
And strangely enough, Andrew Garfield has come out to state his belief that his more brash and arrogant version of Peter wouldn’t be as friendly towards Tony, but instead be more wary of him due to his aloofness and ego (something we see happen when Strange interacts with Stark). In that vein, Steve could end up being more of a mentor figure and moral role model to this Peter than his primary MCU counterpart.
Tbf pretty much every version of Spidey outside of MCU clashes with Iron Man.

I thought Andrew Garfield spidey woulda fit into the MCU with a few tweaks here and there. But Tom Holland spidey is still very good too. Plus spider-man no way home with 3 spider-men from different generations/universes is crazy awesome

There were actually plans in work to get Andrews Spider-Man into the MCU. Kevin Feige actually helped produce ASM2. But after ASM2 kinda flopped, and Andrew was fired all the plans were scrapped.

This is really good. Honestly when I learnt about The Amazing Spider-Man and the Avengers, I thought they would be in the same universe and this seems pretty accurate to how it would go. One small thing I would have changed is that when Peter saw Loki on his computer, I would have him suit up and go to take care of it. We would get a Spider-Man vs Loki fight which would be pretty awesome before Captain America, Iron Man and Black Widow arrive (I know that wouldn’t make much sense, but it would be worth it to see these two fight). When Thor arrives and takes Loki, Spider-Man could face him a few minutes after Iron Man starts fighting Thor. Once on the Helicarrier, the other heroes would learn about Spider-Man and that Fury was originally going to recruit him. This could be Peter’s thing to get angry about later on in the film as Fury didn’t see worthy to be on the Avengers despite the fact that even though he’s a teenager, he has superpowers and he defeated a giant lizard creature and saved his city on his own. Before that, he would work on the sceptre with Tony and Bruce and when the Helicarrier was attacked, he would of course help the heroes. And travel to New York with Captain America, Black Widow and Hawkeye to prepare for the final battle, separating before their jet crashed so he could help the civilians. I think this would have been interesting to see more into.

I Really want to see MCU Spider-Man to appear during Avengers 2012, since he got bitten by the Radioactive Spider during Iron-Man 2 during the deleted scene told by Fury, maybe by that time Peter knew since he has super powers he had the strength to at least help the heroes

I really love Andrew and his movies and he would’ve fit in well with the rest of the cast of Avengers I feel like. But I really love Tom Holland and I do think that while Andrew would’ve been great, I feel like Tom’s youth really helped to bring that innocent and easy going personality to the Avengers the way Spider-Man always brings to the team. 😊❤️
