In my opinion, excluding the Top 10-30 top Universities, the rest of them are the same.
It's not your degree from a university that matters, what matters is your communication and problem-solving skills.

I know the MS is compulsory to get job in USA but without MS, is there any international paid internship,practical training,software courses,courses,classes,coaching,consultancy Etc like this related to civil engineering? and it will help to me to get a job in USA based on that ?
Nope sorry. It’s really difficult to be honest I have never met anyone like that, one shot may be that you can find a job in an Indian company in India and do a internal transfer but that can take upto years.

Yes it’s one of the best ones. If you have the grades go ahead and join, if not join a average school and work on your skills, and you will make the Almost same income or more as your friends graduating from those colleges.
