I think it is shameful in this country and in other countries that a man can't go in and get a doctor to write him trt but a woman who wants to be a man can get them to write her competition bodybuilder doses. Very thankful for the anabolic doc any information I get here. Thankful for the brotherhood and camaraderie of supportive men who are trying to stay healthy with trt and enhanced trt.

My doctor gives me scripts of Primoteston,'' Test enanthate 250 mg per hit, 3 hits in one box''. Supplies ran out for about 6 months, because there were so many Women wanting to be men. So, people that really needed it, it was not available.
So, I had to use the much more expensive Sustanon in Australia.

A very healthy man may put out 10mg/day of testosterone naturally. Injectable testosterone (enanthate, cypionate) are actually only about 70% testosterone (the rest is the ester that provides the time release effect). That means that 100mg/wk would provide an average of 10mg/day of active drug and hence would equate to the high end of the normal male testosterone production. The current consensus seems to be that exogenous testosterone and naturally produced testosterone are metabolized a little differently and not equal mg for mg in the body, with injectable testosterone needing to be administered at a somewhat higher dose in order to reach proper therapeutic levels. This means that TRT dosages should start at 100mg a week of injectable testosterone . The high end of responsible use would probably be 200mg/week. This is indicated in the literature when these drugs were developed and also corresponds well with the experience of many men on TRT.
100mg a week of injectable testosterone enanthate or cypionate is a great starting point. Sustanon does not spread out the release of test over time as well as claimed). Creams and patches cost way more and may not get you all the way there. Pellets leave scar tissue. Aveed (test undecanoate) would be ideal at a one month shot interval, but in the U.S. is given once every 3 months by physician only. This will leave with with low T levels for 2/3s of the time. Also, there is no safe, effective oral testosterone.
Learn to pin yourself, you'll get used to it. Inject into your upper, outer glutes. Use an 18 gauge to draw and switch tips to a 25g 1'' to inject. Push in very slowly to avoid soreness. You could inject small doses every other day, but this a lot of work, wastes too much drug in the needle tip and the even levels of T are boring. You could also inject as far apart as 14 days for convenience. You will be low in the last few days and you may get a headache the next day after injecting as your levels skyrocket. The ideal is probably once a week, easy to manage with a nice little spike of testosterone. It feels good when your levels are rising and a spike in T boosts muscle growth. The genes that control muscle growth are more effectively switched on by high peak levels rather than more even levels of T.
You need to check your T levels at peak (2 days after injection) and trough (right before your next injection). Peak levels of 1,000 to 1,200 would be normal, tell your doc to chill. Trough levels should remain above 500. Average the two values. If you are young, your average value should be on the upper end of the normal range. As you age, a more average level would be more appropriate.
It's hard to give cut and dry numbers because we differ in our physiology. If your T levels are good you should have a satisfactory sex drive, you should get morning wood at least sometimes, and you should feel a smooth unshakable confidence. You're not aggressive, it's just that nothing can touch you, you can handle whatever comes. If you are low, you may be irritable or even depressed. You may have trouble maintaining erections and in general feel kind of stuck. And of course you may suffer from long term health problems like diabetes and dementia. If you are too high you may get water retention (bloated face), and high bp. This is caused by excessive conversion to estrogen. If you feel the need for an aromatase inhibitor, you are taking too much T. Avoid AI's at all costs, they cause micro-lesions in your arteries that can turn into serious problems. Estrogen is actually your friend, it is what causes the improvement in your mood and believe it or not, increases your sexual desire. Male=testosterone, female=estrogen is outdated thinking. Both hormones play an important role in healthy individuals of either sex.
One side effect that may occur even with proper dosages is an increase in hematocrit. It will improve your athletic performance up to about 51%. After that your blood will start getting sludgy and decrease cardio respiratory efficiency. You will be at higher risk of blood clots. If you are over 51% save a life and donate some blood. The life saved could be yours.
If you have low T, it is better to fix it earlier in life rather than later. Men who go a long time with low T are more likely to suffer from blood clots and other troubles when they finally get on TRT. If you have a moderate case of low T, you may be able to fix it by working out. Losing fat will increase your T levels. You may want to give this approach serious effort because once you go on TRT, it is generally for life. But if diet and exercise prove insufficient, find a doctor who understands the risks of low T and will help you and monitor your treatment.
Life is too short to not be the warrior, hunter, builder, protector and the sauve sex machine you are meant to be. If you are suffering don't take no for an answer, take TESTOSTERONE!

  • @AndreaRodolfoNadia
    @AndreaRodolfoNadia 3 года назад +9

If I may share my experience to testify that more isn't necessarily better on the long term, I started my TRT with testosterone enanthate at 75 mg every 4 days (roughly 130 mg x week) and had to take anastrozole to keep the estrogen at bay. It was just a fraction of a pill every other day, but it still affected my lipid profile in a couple years. Not to a dangerously preoccupying level yet, but it did.
So I dialed the dose of testosterone a little bit, 50 mg every 4 days instead of 75 (so 90 mg every week) and, surprise surprise, not only my blood profile has improved and now I have normal estradiol levels too without the need of an additional drug, I actually feel better: no significant muscle loss, libido in check, less acne on my shoulders and even less anxiety.
It's hard to believe for us coming from the bodybuilding crowd, but you can feel good at a surprisingly low dose of testosterone. As the doc says, you should try to find the minimum required for the desired effect. It's gonna save you from a lot of worries down the road.

Im a physician. I love this info since it matches my feel and previous knowledge. Only point he did mention but did not stress enough is the cardiac muscle remodeling: You might feel great, your labs can be awesome but there are non measurable changes that test can do, changing the structure of the cardiac muscle is one. In simple words this means that muscle fibers in the heart can be altered (because of too much hormonal stimulation) therefore resulting in less organized and less efficient fibers which can lead to an inefficient pumping heart after many years (decades probably) and end up as chronic heart failure.
My point is, do take that “take the least amount necessary” in consideration, as well as don’t take test if you dont need it.. if you feel insecure or depressed a therapist can do a way better job. The easy way might cost you in the long run if you over do it. Im 40, I have taken test cycles, I know it feels amazing, Just be mindful of these points. The body is like a fine clockwork machine, if you change something it can have consequences in other different parts.

Great video doc I started TRT about 2 months ago and I feel great. But it’s trial and error. I started doing 200 every 2 weeks but had a hard crash at the end of the cycle so I changed it to 100 mg a week. That was better but I still had a small crash at the end of the cycle so I changed it to 50 mg every 3 days and found that was best for me because it kept my levels on a even level throughput the cycle so no crashes. Everyone’s different so you have to experiment to see how each one works for you because everybody metabolizes testosterone at different rates.

I'm older and have been on TRT for just 6 months. I inject 200mg of testosterone cypionate every 2 weeks and feel great; there is no crashing for me. The half-life of cypionate is 8 days, which means that I still have 100mg in my system on the 8th day which would be identical to injecting 100mg once per week. I really don't understand why people think they need to inject a long lasting ester like cypionate more frequently than what the manufacturer of the drug recommends.

Libido is back and even experience morning wood. I feel like my old self again.

My lipids are still great. Been on testosterone for 10 months now. Currently doing 100mg of Sustanon once a week. Also, if you have low T, chances are you have low estrogen too. You need estrogen for protecting your heart. So being on TRT that you have a medical need for will likely improve your heart health in the long run thanks to increased estrogen from aromatization.
I wonder why this doc never talks about the beneficial effects of estrogen especially on the heart. As a man you need both in proper amounts to be healthy, let alone feel good.

We're talking replacement doses here and not the 10-20x that bodybuilders use too. Worst thing guys on replacement can do is take aromatase inhibitors. Your body does a great job of keeping estrogen in check. The benefits of estrogen also include increased libido - testosterone doesn't affect that.

Did you get repeatedly tested in the morning for free & normal Testosterone? Did your doctor do a prolactin test, sleep apnea test and a prostate hormone test. If they didn't do any of them. Don’t even start using Sustanon. I've been on TRT. Used Sustanon for 6 months. I'm off now. Instead I'm treated for the cause of low-T instead of Testosterone therapy. It seems hCG which is harmless keeps my T levels pretty well. And if it would still be low no sensible mens doctor would prescribe Sustanon but Reandron or something long acting but with stable blood levels. Sustanon peaks to much causing unstable blood levels and unwanted symptoms that come with it.
You see these day's many guys half my age on TRT and that's just ridiculous. No guy in their 20s should be on TRT unless they have a serious problem. The problem with all of those guys: overtraining, dieting and being way to dry. All of which cause low-T 🤔 go to a real men's physician. Not some doctor who doesn't know shit! If you are on Sustanon for 3 years. You are most likely never ever be able to get of it cause you've ruined your own production. And those guys in their 20s... man: you wanna ever have kids? Because on Sustanon that ain't happening bro!

I'm also doing .25ml of HCG every wednesday. Does this seem appropriate? It hasn't been my 10 weeks yet, so I have no idea where I stand but I'd love to know what a doctor thinks of that. I think I also want to move away from IM and move to subcutaneous injections, but my understanding is .4ml is above the maximum limit for sub injections. I want to trust the doctors at the clinic I went through, but I do feel like most TRT clinics are infact trying to sell rather than help most people, so asking the ones that put me on it feels a little bit conflict of interest like.

Depends how many MG per ml the testosterone you are using is. It should say on the bottle. Usually test E is 200mg/ml from the pharmacy. I am currently using a bottle that is 250mg/ml. A cc is equal to an ml. So most likely you are pinning 200mg twice a week. That's 400mg per week. If that's the case then I believe that is way too much for a TRT dose. That's what a bodybuilder would run for a cycle. You will feel amazing for several weeks but you should not run that much test for more than a 10-12 week cycle. Here's the problems you will see over time. Test aromatases into estrogen so in time your estrogen will be very high. That will cause acne, make you emotional, and can be a carcinogen long term. High estrogen can also cause gynomastia which means you could grow boobs. You will hold water and that strains the kidneys. There are anti-estrogen pills such as arimidex to control estrogen but they are liver toxic. Not a big deal to take them occasionally to knock down estrogen but you don't want your test dose so high that you have to take arimidex every 3 days for years and years. Thats just too hard on the liver. If you get gyno then you definitely need to take an anti-estrgen to knock that out. Just not regularly. Over time it will damage your liver. After several months your blood count will get very high causing your blood to be thick. In the beginning the extra blood count actually increases your physical performance but then it just goes really high and has the opposite effect. That's dangerous. Increased blood pressure from that. You will go from tons of energy to very tired when that happens. It's an easy fix though. You just go give blood and it will bring it back in line.
No doubt if you are on 400mg test per week you are gonna love it for a while. It's just too high a dose to stay on. You need to start your dose around 125-150mg per week. Maybe even just 100mg per week. After 6 weeks pull bloodwork and see where your levels are at. Then adjust the dose up or down if needed to hit the desired levels. In 6 more weeks run bloodwork again. Keep doing this every 6 weeks until your levels are perfect. It takes 6 weeks for you system to level out when you change the dose. Once you know what dose you need to hit perfect test levels then you probably just need to pull bloodwork once or twice a year to monitor things. The correct dose should keep estrogen in line without the need for an anti-estrogen medication. It should also keep rbc count in normal range. This is the proper way to administer TRT. If you want to run steroid cycles then it's different. 400mg test pretty much is a steroid cycle though so be careful.
To put it in perspective for you. Normal testosterone levels for men are around 600ng/dl to 1100ng/dl.
When I take 125mg per week it puts me right at 1100ng/dl which is the high side of normal. I know some guys who need 200mg to reach 1100ng/dl. Everyone is different but nobody needs 400mg to get there. When I've run 500mg per week of test my levels are around 4000ng/dl.
You feel like superman for a while but those levels will cause problems over time.
Let me know if you have any questions.

How old are you? Did you do bloodwork before you started testosterone to see where your baseline levels are? If so, what was your natural testosterone level at?

Im 46. Started messing with this stuff at 40 and got real interested. I've ran many cycles and I'm also on TRT through a doctor. I've gained 40 pounds of muscle and I'm extremely lean now. Most people watching this video are interested in TRT which is testosterone replacement therapy. As you know our testosterone decreases with age. A doctor can prescribe you testosterone to get you back to a normal healthy level.
What I described to you previously is the process of finding the proper testosterone dose that will bring you to normal and you can stay on that dose indefinitely without problems. You'd just monitor bloodwork 1-2 times per year.
Cycling is different. Running a cycle means you take a large dose that brings you to superman levels. You can also combine it with other compounds like Deca, anadrol, winstrol, Trenbolone. It's not gonna kill you but you need to come off after 10-12 weeks. 14 weeks max. Not like TRT that you can run forever. Don't get addicted and not come off. Ive seen guys who never want to come off and they mess themselves up.
TRT is very healthy and can eliminate health issues caused by low T.
Cycling is not all that healthy. It's a little hard on your system but it's not gonna kill you and it's not near as bad as you've probably been told. Especially a basic test only cycle like you are doing. The high dose for short term doesn't really mess you up. Damage is caused by not coming off.
On a test only cycle you will feel great. The biggest gains come in week 8-12 when running test only. As you get to week 8 the estrogen and other numbers are gonna be getting more out of line so you may not feel as good as you did in week 4-7. The main thing I think you should pay attention to is gyno. If your niplles start to hurt and develop lumps you need arimidex or another anti-estrogen immediately and it should go. away. When you come off you will need to do a PCT, post cycle therapy. You need clomid to help restart your natural test. I can send you a link where you can order it online. You should take 50mg per day of clomid for 3 weeks. Some people take 75mg the 1st week and then 50mg the 2nd and 3rd week. It's also recommended to take Nolvadex during pct to control estrogen. I've never needed it though. PCT start times differ depending what compounds you are coming off of. For test Enanthate you would start PCT 2 weeks after your last pin. The compounds need to clear your system before starting PCT or the pct is doing no good. I recommend running HCG while on cycle. Your natural test is shut down while on cycle. HCG mimics the signal your body sends to you testicles to keep them working. They won't shrink and they work like normal the whole time. Thing is your body still isn't sending the signal so when you come off it takes time for that to start back up but your testicles are already working so it happens faster. Without using HCG the signal has to turn back on and then once it does it takes additional time for your testicles to fire back up cause they've been dormant for 3 months. It just helps recovery and also keeps balls from shrinking.
Coming off a cycle sucks bad. Your natural test crashes and it takes around 6-8 weeks to recover. Maybe less if you run HCG. You feel like total garbage . Head fog, depression, tired all the time, decreased sex drive. You might want to have some cialis on hand for those 6 weeks. The clomid will help with that too. I got tired of crashing so I got on TRT. I basically blast and cruise. I blast a cycle for 12 weeks and then go back to TRT dose for 12 weeks. So basically I never crash. I just drop back to a normal healthy TRT level.
I think your 400mg per of test E is fine but just be ready to come off at 12 weeks and watch for gyno. You should always have arimidex on hand cause if you have an estrogen issue or gyno you will need it immediately. No time to order it and wait.

I bet your testosterone Enanthate is 250mg/ml. If so you are doing 500mg per week and that's fine. I'm doing 500mg per week of test E right now also, along with some other stuff too. I thought you got it from a pharmacy. Here in America test E usually comes 200mg from the pharmacy. The UGL test E (under ground labs) is usually 250mg/ml.

You should try to let your wife know if that's even possible for you. Makes it much easier. My wife knows and she doesn't mind. I think the likes it. There are certain things women can do too. Some of which really increases their sex drive a lot. It's pretty awesome when im on cycle and she's running anavar or something like that. Makes you want to take a vacation and never leave the hotel room.

Your levels are most stable with the more frequent pins. EOD is slightly more stable levels than 2x/week. But you have a point in that the difference in blood levels between EOD and 2x/week are fairly negligible for enanthate or cypionate. Personally, I do EOD but I do sub-Q injections in belly fat. Painless, super quick, easy
