I decided today I would follow along with just a random video of yours, because I've been itching to dive back into drawing but its been a bit. Usually, I'm all about doodling monsters and making random scribbles, never really drew faces or people, so I didn't expect really anything good out of doing it but didn't want to just give up right out the gate. I gotta admit, even though mine's nowhere near as good-I'm kinda impressed with what I ended up with. It's got me feeling pretty good about getting back into it.
The relaxation and confident in every stroke was astonishing! I love how professional artists bring what’s in their heads into the world like they cast some kind of magic spell. I wish I could be like that someday. 🥹
it was my first time drawing in five or more years and the fact that it turned out nicely is so strange for me :o i basically forgot how to hold a pen and you helped me remember how good that feels :)) thank you
i followed along and it didn’t look as good but i definitely love the technique used, i’ve never been able to be good at drawing humans 😭 i think this will make me a lot better though !

Chomamang how do you draw faces that have a more define structure (like distiftive cheekbones, jawlines, and noses) with the outlines that you regularly use?🧐
This guideline shows the circle as a sphere. The elipse makes it looks like you look at the face from below the horizont. The eyebrows are above the horizont line.

현역일때부터 보기 시작했는데 어느덧 1년이 다 되어가네요. 그림을 그린다는게 동기들에게 부끄러워서 자유시간때 몰래 보고 기억해 뒀다가, 불침번 설때 열심히 따라 그렸던 기억이 나네요 ㅋㅋ 덕분에 5시간이나 되는 불침번 시간이 항상 재밌었어요 항상 응원합니다.
아 😳 저도 군대에서 그림그렸던 기억이 새록새록 나네요 :) 너무 좋은 소식? 입니다 ㅎㅎ

아.. 답하기가 애매해요; 저는 나이가 많아서 그림 시작한걸로 따지면 아주 오래되었지만;; 늘 그린것도 아니라서요;; 미대가서 나름 열심히 하다가 이후에 10년정도 거의 안그렸어요. 그리고 한 3년전부터 다시그리는거랍니다:)
선생님들 얼굴 그릴때 최초에 귀그리는 부분(정면 기준 얼굴 잘라내는 부분) 크기는 어느정도로 그려야 하나요!!!???😢 0:31
