Running a High Elevation Ultramarathon Together || Fighting Cramps

Race day is here!! Come along on our first Colorado Ultramarathon, and man was it breathtaking!
We ran the ABOVE THE CLOUDS 50k in Woodland Park, CO. It was a beautiful race course winding through the forest and around the Rampart Reservoir.
This race taught us a lot from fueling to how to control our breathing. Let us know if you have done any awesome races this year and if you have ever ran in Colorado!
