Love your approach in breaking down Colts. Ballard is human and to err is human but I really like his approach in drafting-talent plus character. Young athletes should have higher standards not lower. Football careers tend to be short and they need guidance for their futures.

Ten wins? What?!?! We are getting 13+ wins this year !!! With Anthony Richardson healthy, this team is going to the Superbowl with the players we have right now. The players we get in the draft are just going to be the cherry on top, and building for the Superbowls in years to come !

Chris Ballard tried (not hard enough) to get Sneed! In the end, we have to pay more, because we are the only team/state in the AFC South with state taxes! This has to be realized in the front office to get these dudes!
Im fairly sure the teams accounting staff is aware. To be honest they seem to do a very good job with our cap.

At the end of the day the Texans are winning the division period.. again the only thing keeping us relevant is the fact WE ARE THE ONLY TEAM IN THE AFC SOUTH WITH SUPERBOWLS love my Colts but Ballard is the problem.

@@thecoltscastunfortunately on paper all 3 of the other AFC south teams got better this offseason and they do have draft picks just like the Colts do so I don't understand how anyone could be so confident that Ballard's going to pull off a much better draft then those other 3 teams. Jacksonville went deep in the playoffs two years ago and only feel last year because Lawrence couldn't stay healthy. Houston has definitely gotten better and they not only beat the Colts to make the playoffs they beat Cleveland in the playoffs and gave Baltimore a run for their money. And Tennessee not only added a great corner, they added Calvin Ridley. Brian Callahan is no scrub. I've seen several teams completely rebuild and play playoff football while Ballard keeps failing over and over again
@@lesrhoads8730 True the Texans beat the Colts, but the Colts were one play away from probably winning that game, and they did it with Gardner as QB. The Colts should have also beaten the Browns during the season, if it wasn't for some terrible calls that gave the game to Cleveland, and they did it with Gardner as QB. Oh and guess what, the Colts DID beat the Ravens during the season, and they did it with Gardner as QB. See a trend here? Just sayin...
@@carykneller1159 even if they had made the playoffs they would have been one and done. There secondary was trash and even the the defensive line had a good sack total they were one of the worst teams at applying pressure on opposing QB's. I'm a die hard Cots fan and I'm not being optimistic anymore. Ballard isn't the right GM for the Colts and should have been replaced before now

Unless Ballard kills the draft and AR is the truth, the Colts are pretty much irrelevant...I've been a Colts fan for over 35 years, and this team is not even close to contending for championships... Colts won 9 games last season because our schedule was garbage... Colts may never see another SB in my lifetime, and it sucks... the mediocrity of this franchise makes me sick at times... you can have the best coaches in the world, but unless they have the talent to work with coaching can only do so much... I can care less about division titles. All that matters is championships... AR is only thing that can change the franchise... When Luck decided to quit he set us back 10 years minimum... smh
