Hey everyone! Dibster here. After a year of hard work, I'm thrilled to release the next sequel in the Highway Patrol series! This one was a blast to animate, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it.

Realistically, primary initial pursuing officer would focus mainly on pursuing the suspect, secondary pursuing officer would focus on callouts, e.g. Air unit, Roadblock, dispatch callouts, spike strips, etc. If the primary officer focuses on callouts, it could lead to a car accident. He didn't escape, After he jumped off the bridge by using the ramp truck to avoid the spike strips, He then ends landing on a police boat and got arrested.
