This manga combines three things I love: slice of life, history and beautiful art. Couldn’t put it down once I started reading.

That artwork would loose soooooooo much detail if it were translated to an anime. Just for its artistic integrity, it should probably remain just a manga....And I say that as someone who started reading it purely for the art.
I'd still love to see it happen, though.
