CPU might be OK ..... OPEN CPU and check the power capacitors in it .... if faulty need to replace

Sir, if the plc is programmed and I remove the SD card by switching of the plc.. Will the plc works properly? without SD card. Has the program saved in plc?
most probably PLC will stop and give SF fault or all light will Turn ON
@@EASYPLCTRAINING so it will not work? .. After putting back the SD card in which the program is, plc will work and machine will run as normal
@@electricalautomation2831 it should work as normal after putting back SD Card ... put SD CARD back and power cycle the PLC

Please go through this from siemens ...... anyway BATF LED is to indicate on PLC FOR battery fault
Does the s7-300 work without a memory card?
New models don't works with out memory card .... older version works with out memory cards with backup battery inside cpu
