  • What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we visit the infamous Kidderminster Police Station, where AB ‪@AuditingBritain‬ was arrested under the Terrorism Act. They seem to be improving but personally, I think they are just terrified of getting sued again. Enjoy all :)

    Nice to see the Sargent wearing his medal ribbons.
    He does sound over false/polite in tone, but they are trying too hard to get it right and tick all the boxes. This is actually good, they are trying, and will hopefully settle down to a natural level once it becomes normal for them. 👍😎

    OMG, that Sergeant was absolutely sickening the way he gushed all over you trying not to get sued for the garbage they usually go on with. The trousers tucked into his socks military style made the whole spectacle look even weirder! On the plus side it would appear they have been told to stop their aggressive attitude!

    BUT sergeant has breached section
    PACE 64A (1A) "elsewhere " ( not in the station)
    (a) with the appropriate consent or
    (b) if the appropriate consent is "withheld" or not able to obtain it , unless
    (1B) is in place = person falls within this subsection :-
    (a) has been arrested
    (6A) a photograph includes a moving image
    where their is case law :- Wood v Commissioner of police
    High court decision found the claimant had been infringed by tasking and retention of photographs of him by the police (Art.8 HRA)
    it is intrusion by the state inti the individuals own space & Art.8
    He is presumed owner of these aspects of his control of them , con ONLY be loosened , abrogated, if the state has a "objective justification" for doing so
    The state must protect our Art.8 HRA, they don't have our rights under Art.10 , to use those rights for their own detriment , or another
    hence DPA 1998
    as their is NO offence , it is breach of section 54A PACE
    (9) examination to ascertain identity (at/in a station)
    (a) investigation of an offence or the conduct of a prosecution;
    EDIT
    @23:54 policy is not law/act ,
    DPA 1998 is an "Act " with 7 principles = section 1 , Principle 3 , BWV must be ""overt""

    Sgt. #1161 was professional but his behaviour and attitude appeared forced and fake to me, he was deceptively trying to befriend TGA in a super friendly and helpful way, but what the constable was really doing was fishing for the auditor's personal information and gathering general information about him.
    Good audit though, TGA done well to assert his civil rights and not disclose anything to the sergeant that he knew by law he wasn't obligated to provide.

    their printer must be the most used in the country.
    "in partnership with the local vauxhall dealer" hahahaha, so car salesmen do police work now. or do the police flog cars as well as dead horses.
    11:30 for those not aware AB took the compensation money and gave it away to people on the street, that money comes from the public purse, it ought to come out of the officers pocket, but AB gave that money back to "the people" - he has at least two videos of him wandering around randomly giving money to whoever looks like they are short of it.
    well, to be fair going through the court works both ways, i was threatened with court in march 2022, in july the debt collection agency said "no more letters it's court for you", i got a claim notification on christmas eve, then i got a letter from court in march saying they weren't interested, it would go to mediation, and i'm still waiting to hear, so that's a year and two months the people "taking me to court" have had to wait and meanwhile the money they dispute has been in my bank account. so...
    23:15 this pisses me off, mr "oh so nice and friendly policeman" still fishing for details - asking for details has to stop i think, if someone, anyone, asks you for information they know you are
    not obliged to give then that's a confidence trick, how can you trust anyone, police or otherwise, who
    is trying to trick you into giving information they have NO RIGHT TO.
    i find that officer to be more than a little disturbing, i'd say closet psychopath. weird or what.

As ive spoken to several farmers about this breed they have all said the immaffukkinnggwwannkerr breed is so full of pigswill that it becomes very bloated just like the boar here. Thus meaning it wil grunt more piiggcchittt than cattle produce bballlchittt. This making the levels of methane in the air being at a very dangerous level. They approached a Police Station, wearing a mask and having flown a drone over the property - in my mind this is tantamount to terrorist activity.
