    It's funny because whilst this is all cool and everything Clarke regrets it so much later when she realises it put her friends at risk. As long as it's only Lexa's life on the line (like Titus said to her in this ep) she's fine with it but as soon as it comes to her friends lives she ready to forget her blood must not have blood thing and kill whoever needs to be killed.

      @MariaS
      I agree to a degree. Lexi did the same thing, twice. She left them to fend for themselves at Mt Weather when she preached “blood must have blood” and she was doing here again. She believed blood must not have blood when it came to Clarke and her people, but when Pike took out all of her people she was ready to rain down death on everyone from the arc.

    Great choice Clarke, great speech Lexa! I so love where this was going, changing stuff. It proofs that it was a too big of a change, too soon for Lexas people but the vision is very admirable and should be implemented into the future, just at a slower rate..
    However, after what happened.. I don't know if the next Commander will be as visionary as Lexa.. It was going so well.. Untill stupid pike got the power, it all went downhill from there..
    It is so brave that Lexa was willing to take a chance, to say no against blood must have blood and the cycle of violence, to try and create peace. I have such respect for leaders, no individuals themselves even, that are taking the more difficult way and trying to create peace on the long run. War is so easy, peace is not.. More people (in the real world) should be visionary like Clarke and Lexa are in this part of season 3..

    • @10animallover10
      @10animallover10 8 лет назад +9

      No not all the credit to Clarke solely. To them both. Clarke might have suggested it and Lexa took it but if it weren't for Lexa being different than all the previous Commanders, being a visionary, the Skypeople would have been wiped out in season 1 already. It's almost an exact quote that Lincoln said somewhere in the series. I think it was regarding Finn. Something like 'That's why you're still alive' talking about the decisions of the Comamnder to not wipe them out like many Grounder Commanders would have done.. (like Ice nation Queen, Ontari to say a few).
      So Lexa already was a visionary BEFORE this exact decision was made. Lexa and Clarke are great for each other, complimenting and hightening their leadership skills and decisions. So no, not all credit goes solely to Clarke, to them both like I stated in my first message :)

      10snimallover10 - well we saw what happened after lexa died, her legacy was keeping things from becoming disaster, but after some time, they all lost their ways, and people are still trying to believe that clarke actually was making good decisions, it was all lexa, she lets you to blah-de-blah but Lexa was in charge, and things were happening how she wanted, and people's actions including clarke after lexa's death are proof of that..cause without lexa they all lost their way, that is why lexa had to go..she was too big character for this show..and this show likes small characters and human stupidity..that why clarke is the main character 😂😂

      @@changinglocale9114 and Clarke's real chance to take Emeroson down was at m.w., cause here she couldn't do it, cause Lexa was like: ok, I didn't kill your people but you owe me a big time 🤣, and Clarke fall for it, like she forgot every time in the past when Lexa was avoiding battles, and wars, so Clarke asked mercy after what Pike, and Bellamy did, and that's how Lexa caught her in the net, Lexa was doing it for a great goal, to show the realm that there is another way, but to do that you have to convince people, Lexa is not stupid, she knows that, and at this moment best example for doing that was wanheda, cause in grounders eyes wanheda is the example for violence for violence, and after wanheda bowed publically to Heda, and if after that wanheda choose not violence, well, that's very good way to convince people that they can choose the same too.
