- Welcome to our revisit to the Midland Main Line from Skyhook Games. The route has since been updated as of the 7/6/23 with a plethora of changes and improvements. I take to the rails to see whats been done with this package!

I've just purchased the midland main line and Nottingham train looks super they should do a run from Nottingham to Skegness
I hear "Derby's arena football stadium" and a little part of me dies.
Some files issued in the patch were apparently the wrong (older/unchanged) versions due to a file compliation error (not DTG/Skyhook's fault), so some things that were fixed and listed in the patch notes didn't get included in the actual update - a correction to address the error will follow in due course. They've also said that there will be further patches for stuff that didnt make it in time for this first patch.
They added animations for the clipboard light switch of the 158 but forgot to map it so the light doesn't turn on now. They made the UI match the label of the DSD switch for the 43 but forgot to change the mapping so you have to put it to ISO in order for it to work... and they go around in the forums calling themselves "perfectionists"... QA much?
Its certainly not perfect still. You can never perfect things as there will always be issues. But they have worked hard updating stuff so far so you have to give them that. Any issues you find its always best to send them a support ticket as im sure they will do there best to improve on it

They still haven’t sorted out the hst fleet numbers as they are the same both front and back for example 43059 are on both engines
Yep theres still some outstanding issues i agree. Lets hope these fixes come in time

How can creators build those concrete wall stuff at the end of Derby platforms? A blind guy would see that those things dont match, especially if a train passes by - or should I say: THROUGH 😨

The only time I have been to Birmingham is when I was chasing trains been a dedicated rail enthusiast you notice things but I have never seen Birmingham being dirty far from it. I think the only time it was a bit rough was when they revamped Birmingham New Street Station. Which I might add how can I put it My Lords Dreadful we are not worthy but it does look stunning now it's completed and it's so clean 😊😊
