But there's a small percentage that's left that I wouldn't allow to heal bc I never could understand why a person would verbally abuse me and I'm one of the nicest humans on earth.. I can't even be mean if I tried... anyway recently I finally forgave her and myself..if I wouldn't have experienced so much pain then I wouldn't be able to connect with every walk in life to assist them in their healing journeys. now I'm vibrating so high. Ive done everything to heal myself in the past 15 years... rehab..therapy... meditation... celibacy...fitness.. ketamine therapy... TMS..and now operating on the highest level of vibration... the only stress I have in life is what music to listen to in the car...but theres 10 percent left that i won't allow myself to fix...i can't forgive and forget all the verbal abuse I've received from my mom ..i can let it go but i won't... bc its not fair...im the nicest most humble soft spoken human in the world..i shine so bright on ppl everyday all day ..my goal is to make ppl smile with their eyes...i feel rich inside bc i was truly blessed with the gift of love .anyway after watching this video now it makes sense...if id never went through 40 years of excruciating pain and ruminating over my past... then i wouldn't be such an unconditional lover..so maybe i can finally let go?

Wow, your description of the difficult antagonistic person was 100% right on! It matched the person I just spent half of my life enduring. Why did I endure? Because he seemed to need my care and support, and at the start, seemed harmless. Unfortunately, he grew more and more dangerous. I long have sought to derive useful insights from such experiences, but now I feel utterly drained by the deceitfulness and evil character I had to contend with. Now for joyous part!

I was married to an extreme narcissist for over a decade. Her whole family knows who she is and they all looked the other way. As long as she wasn't their problem. I am now divorced and no longer associate with any of those people. They left me out to dry when I asked for help. They did nothing and left me on an island to deal with the problem myself.

We (My husband and I) went to a Schools meeting about my teen daugther who is autistic. I noticed really How her teacher and the School's principal avoid eye contact for a period of time og anxious 😉 I see that They ignored Our suggestion and We decided to BE QUIET and let them Do their job. 🤟❤ It's a new school so My daugther feels SAFE finally.

Wow, your description of the difficult antagonistic person was 100% right on! It matched the person I just spent half of my life enduring. Why did I endure? Because he seemed to need my care and support, and at the start, seemed harmless. Unfortunately, he grew more and more dangerous. I was married to an extreme narcissist for over a decade. Her whole family knows who she is and they all looked the other way. As long as she wasn't their problem. I am now divorced and no longer associate with any of those people. They left me out to dry when I asked for help. They did nothing and left me on an island to deal with the problem myself.
Some are enemies, they teach us to Not Be Like Them!!!
