I loved making these as a young girl! We called them Candy Cookies, but I've heard other names for them: Preacher Cookies, No Bake Cookies, and Cow Patties. My computer said they're also called Chewy Charlies, Chocolate Poodles, Top of the Range Cookies and Tummy Ticklers! No matter what you call them, they are a favorite to a lot of folks. What a great treat to make with your grandson.
