There's some context missing in this edit..but over all well done. There's missing context about how she gives up on her innocent crush even after his stay at the hospital. Because there really wasn't anything from his side...even then, after she was 18+. There's also some missing scenes about him giving her really good life advice when she was young. It is exactly an elder would so. I particularly love that scene when she tries to give him money when she visits the cafe he works at and he refuses to take it. Even when she visits Yihe to find out about his gf and he thinks it's to meet her "online bf", he advices her to grow up. That scene is also well done. He's genuinely looking out for her and it's all platonic. I think if someone only watches this video, they might feel icky because the child actor was too young..But what context this edit is missing is that, when she was a minor, Jiaxu not once was inappropriate with her. People tend to misunderstand this so much, it's mind boggling. He cared about her, sure.. But she was just his best friend's younger sister who had an extremely clean heart with no malice. It was only after the NYE fiasco when Sang Zhi came to his defence with Jiang Ying, that he realised that she's a person who's willing to go to war for him, no questions asked, when she doesn't even know why that woman was behaving so horribly with him. After having such a difficult life, it was nice for him that a person cares enough about him to come to his defence. THAT is the turning point for him. Everything before that is just setting up the stage for the trope of "She fell first, but he fell harder".

Dropped this at first because the young actress they got as Sangzhi was too young in my opinion. Good thing I gave it another chance. This is truly one of the best modern romantic drama I have seen in a while. That proposal scene was epic 😍

The feels it gives me, is so amazing, that uou would almost believe, that they're really in love with eaxh other. So natural, so awesome.. Leads are so amazing... Done watching this WONDERFUL drama on 8th October of 2023! And I'm x months late...what a beautiful drama...no villians...the students are really helping each other and their chemistry 🔥🔥🔥. She helps him to heal of his past and during his hardtime moments she was his LIGHT ❤❤❤
This was the sweetest movie. I loved it and how they handled this topic of a younger girl forming a crush on an older boy. Every young girl who’s had such a crush could only wish her crush… upon it becoming age appropriate, held her heart so kindly and carefully as that depicted by this show.
I think Jiaxu has crush on Zhizhi already started when he made an essay for Zhizhi, he show his feelings to her in last part of the essay. Since then he is always with her aide. Am so touch, I can't move on. 💖🥰💖🥰💖🥰💖🥰
My first Cdrama I fell in love with, the story is light but meaningful, I love the relationship between older brother and young sister, I love the way parents bring their children up, and lastly Zhizhi and Jiaxu have. 💖🥰 I watched this 3 times already but am still happy.
I know it's selfishness and it's part of their job as actors but it seems I cannot move on to watching this two loved up couple paired with different actors. Chen is filming his new drama which looks like he is a soldier a very handsome soldier and the uniform, brings out even more his appeal, HE REALLY IS A THE HANDSOME GOAL. Lusi it's been announced that he will be paired with actor on the Jade Pearl ( something like that ) . At the moment it's really not inspiring to watch😅😢😅😢😅 Youko should really make Hidden love part 2 or should pair Chen and Lusi again soon. HIDDEN LOVE ALL THE WAY❤❤❤❤
This production had lots of drama, 1st: director abandoned the drama. LUSI took over and use her own $$ to film this drama. Lusi used her own wardrobe, and call in fav. from friends to make this drama happen.

This is an absolutely spectacular drama, and I hope Youku can keep giving us this content!! However, I think it's important to add that this wasn't a healthy relationship. A healthy relationship can be seen in "When I Fly Towards You", which is the cutest drama I have ever watched. Here, there are so many unresolved misunderstandings (although resolved in the end), and even depression. However, I think the moral of this should be not to conceal feelings for too long, otherwise there is a risk of misunderstandings and break-ups. 🤟
