What do you spray on them before proofing?
Before proofing? Nothing. It was an egg wash after they have proofed:)

Hey! It does come out a bit. Try to keep more or less a ratio 50:50 butter to sugar 😉 also helps to have butter mix not too warm as well as your dough.
