the reason why the album can be read as blond or as blonde is because the entire album represents duality. Feminism vs Masculinity, Summer vs Winter, Youth vs Adulthood. The album is split perfectly in two to further represent this duality, but even though each piece of this opposition contrasts, the album is meant to be an infinite loop that connects these perceptions.

Oh no I absolutely loved Blonde and wasn't too fond of Channel Orange to be honest. Like I can't stop listening to blondes. I think it's because it's very different from Channel Orange in that it's much minimalistic. And most listeners of Rap and R&B aren't patient listeners. They need a fast beat with bass or great vocal jams. Blonde doesn't really provide that but it's still great!
