Nah not the biggest bust , he had a bad hand, Tom cable was garbage btw.....one of the worst coaches I've seen js....also look at the ratings of the raiders players? Tell me that wasn't bad coaching lol ....reason they had #1 pick.... garbage coaches

I agree that the team outside of him was awful, but it wasn't their fault he wouldn't watch film
